I had to have a tooth extraction, and I was lucky enough to get Dr. Gonzalez. She has a great bedside manner and walks you through as she performs the service. The two dental assistants were lively, and the front desk ladies were very warm. Aside from that, it was painless, and 6 hrs later, I have the minimalist of pain, if you can even call it that. I will continue my dental health journey here. read more

I just left the single worst medical experience of my life. The dentists at Skyline Dental had me in the chair for six and a half hours while they removed my molar without proper anesthesia. I was bucking in pain and telling them that I could feel everything. They gaslit me for hours, telling me I had already had plenty of anesthesia and that I simply did not understand the difference between "pain and pressure." They even asked me if I'd like to pay $155 for Nitrous Oxide to soothe my anxiety. I told them clearly that I didn't have anxiety, I had pain. They told me several times that I could leave. Leave! With a partially removed cracked tooth and double the pain I started with. The lack of concern for my wellbeing and pain was unbelievable. Finally, in the last 30 minutes they made one last attempt to give me anesthesia in the correct location. Instantly, I was still and it was the first time during the entire appointment that I did not have pain. It was evident to the dentist the difference in my presentation and clear that had they listened they could have avoided hurting me and dehumanizing me. I complained to the office manager about my experience, but she only defended the dentists. read more

I was very disappointed with this experience. My mother underwent a minor filling procedure, yet the numbness persisted for nearly two days and has still not completely resolved. We are concerned about the prolonged duration of the numbness and the potential impact on her sensory function. Never had this experience in her whole life. Does the dentist know the right dose or know the right place to inject the medicine. Very doubtful. read more

Both my college-age kids saw dentists at this practice when I couldn't get them in to see our longtime family dentist. Neither had had cavities previously and yet after their initial visits at this office, they were told that they had 8 and 5 respectively. That seemed like a lot of cavities all of a sudden, but here's the thing: we went back to our family dentist, and were told their mouths looked great, no cavities at all. Clearly this practice is recommending aggressive, unnecessary treatment in order to charge more. Do not recommend. read more

Staff was awesome. Unexpectedly needed extraction. They were kind and supportive, and put me at ease. Dr was expert in her skill

This place has truly maintained its position as one of the best and I'm confident it's only going to grow further if they continue at this pace. Now let's talk about their outstanding services and exceptional staff. The service is nothing short of amazing. They take their time to ensure your teeth are cleaned to perfection and handle every step from making the appointment to completing the process with absolute care and professionalism. And let me tell you about Jay and Noora at the front desk. These two are rock stars. They are not just helpful; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. From the moment you walk in they greet you with warm smiles handle every request with ease and make the whole process feel effortless. Their cool and approachable vibe adds a personal touch that is hard to find anywhere else. The rest of the staff is equally nice friendly and highly professional. I took my wife there first and after seeing how phenomenal they were I decided to go myself. I am extremely sensitive and detail-oriented but this place exceeded all my expectations. If I ever need dental services again I will book an appointment here without a second thought. They never disappoint! read more

My favorite person in this clinic is the receptionist -- I forgot her name but I will update my review when I find out. She always helps with insurance coverage computations and give me an great estimates and proper scheduling. She is so pleasant and courteous and just overall great representation of what customer service people should be. I decided to finally get implants and my experience today was nothing short of excellent. Dr. Henkin, dental assistant vanessa and the implant specialist were very quick, professional and very caring for patients. Even my husband who is very picky with dental clinic now loves going to this one and swore not to ever go back to NYC dentists anymore. Also before I end this, the clinic is new, super clean, modern, airy and full of new technology. I highly recommend!!! read more

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, place was exceptionally clean! I loved the TV on the ceiling, was a great touch! The staff went into great detail about my dental care and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend coming to this place! read more

Skyline Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. The office is chic and clean, and all of the equipment is modern. All of the staff was very attentive, my wait time was about 5-10mins, the hygienist was top tier and gentle and Dr. Darwiche was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions, made recommendations and took the time to explain my options and why she thought they were best. This was my first time going to this dentist, I'm a satisfied patient and I will definitely be returning for my future oral care. read more

I have been terrified of wisdom teeth extraction for years, but I knew they needed to come out. I visited Skyline for a cleaning, and they scheduled my extraction for the next weekend. When I arrived for my appointment, the surgeon explained I would need a coronectomy instead of extraction for the two bottom wisdom teeth. He described everything very well, and answered my many questions. The receptionist walked me through the changes to my bill. After they gave me the local anesthesia and started on the first tooth, I started panicking and crying due to anxiety. Both the surgeon and the assistant were very kind about this, giving me a chance to calm down. They adjusted the chair to a more comfortable position, and the assistant made sure the headphones (provided by the office) were sitting comfortably so I could watch Netflix (they have TVs on the ceilings so you can zone out while they work). I was extremely anxious but they really took care of me and made me feel comfortable, offering me a blanket, letting me take a break, and telling me I was doing great, and eventually I calmed down and watched my show while they worked (I chose Stranger Things, which was great because all the loud noises helped drown out the sound of the surgery). I really appreciate the care and consideration from this whole dental team. Highly recommend, especially if you have a lot of wisdom tooth anxiety. They will take good care of you. read more

Been going with them for almost a year now. Dentist is great and gives your a lot of options for treatment. If you want a very thorough Hygienist here, look for Anna. Although it hurts to clean the build up. But Anna took time. And she cleaned it well. read more

I'll preface this review by stating the fact that I generally DESPISE going to the dentist for any reason whatsoever. The entire team at SkyLine Dental has completely reshaped my position on those visits. From the ease of scheduling, reminders of upcoming appointments and just the overall experience once in the office - I can't say enough great things about this group. If you have a healthy aversion of visiting your local dentist, or even if you love your annual check-ups - this is 100% the place for you! I'll be trusting them with these chompers going forward & can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a different experience when going to the dentist! read more

The office is immaculate, and every person I encountered was incredibly professional. I was seen and treated on time. The hygienist was wonderful in explaining everything. Will highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. read more

This practice is AMAZING. Such a compassionate staff that really wants to see their customers thrive. They treat my family like their own. The practice is very professional and clean, they tailor to their patients' needs and even have a tv, noise cancelling headphones and weighted blankets available while in the chair! Dr. Aliana Henkin is very accommodating to her patients desires and sees to it that her clients leave satisfied. When I have had to get cavities filled, the staff is sure to make me as comfortable and the process as painless and quick as possible. They have some really cool high tech gadgets that are always fascinating to learn about- when you get a mouth guard fitted, check out the 3D model made by the dental camera, it's really awesome to see a visual representation of the corrosion severity on my teeth from grinding. The price is very reasonable for the superb quality services provided and the communication is top notch. Dr Henkin always remembers my name and asks about my family-so sweet! She also works with me to make sure I leave the office with what I came in looking for. She doesn't try to throw in any extra features, to make a buck off of me. She works to make sure I am getting the best products for my needs and is happy to give her honest recommendations. The front desk is always very welcoming and professional yet compassionate even when I can be an indecisive client over the phone. I cannot rave enough about how much I love this practice and everyone involved in it. read more

Very rude receptionist at the front counter . No customer service. Very disappointed .

This place is fantastic. The staff is so kind and they all do such a thorough job. I got my wife to come here too and will bring my kids when their teeth grow in. read more

I don't normally post negative reviews. I usually move forward and find peace and happiness elsewhere. However, it does need to be mentioned my experience at this dentist. Without going into too many details, I felt discarded by this place. They care about their bottom line and not patient care. As a Black pregnant woman, I felt what I had to say meant nothing. It is truly unfortunate and dangerous what this office is doing. read more

I brought a 5 year old and a 2 year old for their first dentist experience and the staff was EXCELLENT with them. They explained everything to them in a very kid friendly way. The dentist was great at explaining everything to us. Kids were distracted with Netflix which they also let adults use. read more

Office is really nice and employees were so informative! They tell you the cost of everything up front before any procedure and explain everything in great detail. read more

I went to see Dr. Elena Henkin for emergency surgery yesterday. I had an infected tooth from two root canals that needed to come out. She's a hero in my book. My health was at risk and she was concerned I might end up in the hospital. She was professional, reassuring and stays very calm. The extraction was complicated and she was up to the challenge. It helps that her office is beautiful, she has amazing bedside manner, explains what's happening as you go, and I was able to watch netflix on a screen both on the wall and the ceiling. So I was distracted by as sitcoms and actually laughing at one point in the middle of a really hard procedure. She called to follow up after to make sure I was doing okay. Just amazing. Would highly recommend. read more

Honestly, and I'm not even exaggerating, but we received the kindest, most accommodating service that we have ever received at a doctor/dentist's office at Skyline Dental today! It started when I called to make the appointment for my two kids. The woman I spoke to was above and beyond welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. When we arrived to the actual appointment my two kids decided to act like hellions so I got a little worried our appointments wouldn't go very well for us. I had forms to fill out on my phone but there was no way I could do it with my kids running around the waiting room. They quickly got us into our room. They got Netflix going on the TV in the room and worked on making my volatile 2 year old and cheeky 7 year old feel welcome and excited for their appointments. My son got in the chair first and immediately my daughter wanted to join him. They made it work with both of them in the chair. The hygienist and dentist were awesome! My 2 year old decided to take the stickers she got as a prize from them and immediately started decorating the office with them... I stepped in to stop her of course but they told me she could keep doing it because they came off easily. They even offered to keep an eye on my kids as I made their next appointment. I will enthusiastically recommend them to friends in the future! read more

Their service is great. Everyone was pleasant from the time I entered the front door. There was minimal wait time and everyone was thorough with explaining everything down to the pays/insurance coverage. The decor is great and I love the tv on the wall and ceiling. Glad that I found this place! read more

I'm so glad I found skyline Dental!! Moving from Seattle where I had a good dental clinic, I was nervous about starting all over again. But I really like them!! Thank you so much for helping my family adjusting to the East Coast. Amanda was amazing!!! Thank you! read more

Excellent experience overall. All staff were welcoming, kind and extremely professional. Amanda the hygienist made me feel at ease and was gentle but thorough. The clinic is extremely clean and I would absolutely recommend this dentist. read more

Love love love this office. Needed a bunch of work done after having two babies, going through a pandemic, and pretty much ignoring routine dental care. I finally bit the bullet and got myself to the dentist--and boy am I glad I chose Skyline. Receptionists are amazing, doctors get right to the point, late days available, and I don't feel like I'm being pressured into anything. Is it pricey? Yes. But my insurance is laughable and my priorities have never included the dentist, so of course i would need a few different procedures. But skyline will work with you and I've had nothing but great experiences. I no longer dread going to the dentist and this place is the reason. read more

Exceptional staff!.. Serene atmosphere!!.. Eliminated any and all fears I've ever had about going to the dentist!!.. I highly recommend

The office is really nice. However I am disappointed with the service. They took a complete x-ray but refused to give an opinion on cavities or any other dental issues until I got the cleaning done from the hygienist. The doctor only addressed the specific concern for a painful tooth. I was hoping doctor doctor would answer questions like how the other existing fillings look, if the wisdom teeth are fine or need to be extracted etc for which I feel x-rays would suffice. Update : Doctor called to say that the type of appointment was just to address the pain and not give a comprehensive opinion and that the hygienist gave incorrect information regarding the cleaning. Though I had never specified or asked what kind of appt I was looking at when I booked the appt. Honestly, the front staff, the hygienist who actually gave an long explanation on how the doctor will not be able to give an opinion without the cleaning and the billing staff were all on the same page regarding the cleaning requirement. Doctor did give info about cavities on phone which was very kind of her. read more

Super friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable, explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Very nice & professional staff, TVs on the ceiling, costs are given up front. Everything was done to make me feel comfortable

Today was my first time at skyline dental after not being to the dentist , truthfully for a while. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile and safety precautions. I was very nervous walking in and even the lovely receptionist helped keep my nerves calm. After doing my paperwork I was asked to come to the back room as soon as my appointment hit, no waiting !! Then I was welcomed by my hygienist, Amanda. Amanda was nothing but professional and kind. She kept me calm and aware of every step that was about to take place. She offered me the remote controller which took my mind off the cleaning. She checked in on me multiple times because she knew how nervous I was and even allowed me to take a break if needed !! Honestly it was the most gentle cleaning I have EVER had. I didn't even know what tooth she was on at one point ! After my cleaning I met Dr. Henkin where there was absolutely no judgement and she already had a whole game plan for my teeth! There was no pressure or pushing to get anything that I was not comfortable with getting done. After that they send you to a consultation room with Vanessa where everything was reviewed and put into a plan to go over with you. Again there is NO PRESSURE to do anything you do not want to do. They give you a recommendation on what services should go first but allow you to pick I had a question about something I did not understand and Amanda took time to YouTube and show me a video of exactly how it gets done !!. I would not go anywhere else. If you are nervous, scared or anything in between book your appointment here !! They are so attentive to your needs you will not be disappointed. I already have my next appointment booked that's how comfortable and confident I am in their team ! read more

If I had one word to describe Skyline Dental it would be "Immaculate." I typically only review places that provide some sort of culinary service, but today Skyline has changed all of that. Walking into this place was the most comforting experience I have had walking into any dental office. I was greeted by everyone seated at the front desk and it legitimately felt like they recognized and appreciated my presence. While waiting to be seen, I was provided with wait time feedback which helped alleviate my first layer of anxiety. Speaking of, my anxiety is something I mentioned in my intake form. But let's put a pin in that for now. When escorted into the procedure room by a very warm and cordial young lady, I was given a remote and access to Netflix. I have NEVER been in a dental office where there was a TV where a dental cleaning took place. This place had a magical way of making every moment feel as though I entered the gates of Valhalla. When my procedure started, I made peace with the fact that I would have to listen to what was on Netflix. But, as the chair leaned back I almost entered a state of cardiac arrest when I spotted an additional TV streaming from the ceiling. The procedure itself was divine, my mouth was open and my teeth were tended to with the most tender touch. If teeth could talk, they would whisper "Just like that.. you hit the spot." I was fully taken care of and my visit was catered to ensure my anxiety did not play a role in my overall experience. My visit didn't end with a simple goodbye, but rather a check-in to ensure my anxiety was alleviated. To put it mildly, my anxiety was a non-factor. I will be moving to MA soon and if my next dentist doesn't come close, then I don't want it. To anyone looking for a dentist, I implore you to make your next experience a Skyline experience. read more

they did a very nice cleaning, but I left feeling like I left a car dealership of teeth...lots of sales pitch and high pricing..
