Our 1950s split-level home in Lutherville had old dingy and dirty wall-to-wall carpet since we moved in. Once the carpet was removed, the original oak floors were revealed, which had been badly stained and darkened over the years....including several large stains from the previous owners' pets. The Mr. Sandless team spent a few days prepping and refinishing the floors, and the results are 1000x better than the old carpet! The pet stains disappeared and the dull dark stained oak is now a beautiful natural honey color. Eric said they use some fancy VoIP phones and in an effort to avoid spam calls, the system blocks numbers that call repeatedly (sigh). What's the solution? They said they'd speak to their phone provider to get it fixed up. And how can we get ahold of them? I'd suggest filling out their online form. Hopefully, those messages will go directly to them! Overpriced 8/25/2026 - December 2025 I had my tub reglazed…read more It was fine up until this past weekend and I noticed a piece of the glaze lifting up. I called the number I previous had several times and opted for the option to leave a voice mail. At 1:57 PM Eric called me and asked if I had call the office. He informed me they screen the calls for scammers. I told him that is so stupid and absurd that a business would screen calls knowing customers will be calling all day and they have to wait for a return phone call. That does not make sense to any human being on planet earth. I was informed by Eric it will take 10 -15 minutes for repairs at a cost of $45 the hours are 5 pm - 8 pm, The tech will call when they have time after their day jobs are completed to let me know when they are available to complete the repairs to my tub. If this is not a good time for me they will put me back in the cue call - there are no dates to schedule for the paid repairs - will check with his boss to see if the first repair will be done for free - Eric stated the repair fee will be waived the tech will know not to charge a repair fee because it will be documented in my account. The tech will call from the following number 1-667-220-7798 - I informed Eric to ensure the tech has shoe coverings. I do not wear shoes in my home. I asked for the supervisor's named and was informed it is Dave - Eric is manager - if I do not receive a call within the next 7-10 business days call back and ask for Eric 8/24/26 5:41 PM Geronimo arrived and did not have shoe coverings though he told me he did when called, he wanted to wear his shoes in my home and bathroom. He informed me his shoes are clean. There is no way he went to other customers' home and walked outside on the dirty ground and his shoes are clean. He called his supervisor Eric who asked what did the last tech wear, what does that have to do with today. Eric told me I did not tell him the tech should wear shoe coverings. Any decent company should automatically have shoe coverings for their techs for people who like eliminate any unnecessary germ inside of their home. Geronimo refused to wear his socks because he said the floor is cold. The did did not have a solution so I have to be inconvenience again and wait for their unexpected call when they have an available tech between 5 pm - 8pm after my work day of 8 hours. I informed Eric to ensure the tech has shoe coverings the next time. This is ridiculous customer service.

They came to "fix" the flaking paint yesterday and then left because the office called and told the guy to go to a different job!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This job was done only a few months ago and we haven't touched the paint with anything but painters tape by our contractor. It SHOULD NOT COME OFF LIKE THAT. Y'all don't stand by your work and it's TERRIBLE. These 5 star reviews are a joke. This company is a joke and the selling tactics and procedures are predatory. He has this neat system to block the empty doorway with a wood panel, and he uses no screws on the doorway so it isn't damaged while the door is being refinished.
