Jesse came to quote building a travertine patio for our backyard. His pricing was fair, however his Quality and Timeliness of work was EXCELLENT. Jesse's crew of 3 men worked tirelessly to prepare the yard, and install the patio. The patio turned out better than expected, and I was most impressed with the workmanship. Jesse believes that you get what you pay for, and it shows. His crew have been with him for over a dozen years, and they work like a well oiled machine. I give my HIGHEST recommendation to engage New Patio and Jesse to build your patio for you. You be more than happy with the work and finished product like we were. Chad and his group of contractors did everything they could to make the construction process easy for us, knowing we already had our hands full moving in. The fireplace turned out amazing, which prompted us to ask CM2 back a few years later to turn a hall closet into a toilet room, and create a bar upstairs in our media room. The final costs were consistent with estimates and Chad was available to address our questions and concerns. We have since referred the company to several other friends, with a wide variety of projects and budgets, who have also been pleased with their results.

He gave my husband a quote, then gave me a higher quote for the exact same job just two days later. He initially agreed to honor my husband's quoted price, but when it came time to complete the work, he backed out of that agreement, even though everything was documented in writing. I reached out to confirm our scheduled date, and he confirmed it. On the day of the project, he never showed up and made no attempt to communicate. When I contacted him, he said it was because he never received my Zelle payment. Instead of simply letting me know there was an issue beforehand, he chose not to communicate at all. When I tried to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude attitude rather than professionalism. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with him.

Upon deciding to do a pool, I went with what I knew and also referred them to my sister and her husband who wanted to get an outdoor kitchen and patio extension. Well it started off well and we met with our designated "Project Manager" Christie. Long story short, project management was sub par at best. We had to constantly reach out for updates, she seldom put boots on the ground or put eyes on subcontractor work. We had several things that were missing, incomplete or wrong that we had to bring to her attention. Texts would go unanswered and calls sent to voicemail as an avoidance tactic. So many unprofessional instances related to customer service inquiries. I'm so sad to report my sister experienced the same thing. There was never a final walkthrough or handshake, nothing. The plaster subcontractor covered my requested umbrella hole. Had the PM been on her game she would have caught that. Was never offered any compensation at all. They were very efficient about sending invoices which we paid within sometimes minutes of receiving. The quality and timeframe of project completion I can't complain about but when you are investing over $90k in something you expect an experience from start to finish. Cypress area residents: seek out other contractors and be sure to read reviews on their PM capabilities. I had high hopes for John but I'm just another client in their review mirror.
