For a basic Pedicure, she was very detailed and took her time with everything. Definitely one of the better Pedicures I've had in a while and I'm the kind of girl to get the extra "spa" stuff. When it came to a full set I noticed only a few (3) do acrylic. That being said it was a good experience overall. For a basic Pedicure and full set both French my total came out to 80$. I have paid more for the same service elsewhere. I certainly will be back.

I asked him not to destroy my nail bed by taking a fake nail to lift acrylic from my nail. He proceeded to argue with me while tearing up my nail bed, shredding it. He argued that he only had an hr in between clients and needed to use the fastest method. It was not my fault you were late getting to me. But he still argued my entire appointment that he was going to continue his way and if I wasn't happy to go somewhere else. I simply asked to soak if rather ripped off. Ladies look around. Not only do they maintain a sense of entitlement, but they use dirty drill bits. They are supposed to sanitize each in between each customer to prevent the spread of disease just in case of a nick.. Nope, not done! They don't care about type health. They just want your money. Then, to add insult up injury, one of my nails chipped in less than 12 hours after! I'll be taking my money to someone who understands healthy nail care and does just as good of a job and doesn't do a sloppy job because they don't get time management.

I waited a week before making this review:…read more The nail salon was PACKED when I arrived. I had made an appointment prior, and it seemed like whether you are a walk-in or appointment you were waiting the same time (which wasn't too long). The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, my spouse and I will not be returning. My spouse gets ingrown toenails from time to time, which can hurt, so when we get pedicures, it's so important to have someone who knows what they are doing. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. My spouse literally got teary-eyed at how much the technician hurt them. Worst, no empathy was shown when my spouse facial expression clearly indicated that there was pain.

I used to go to this location for a few years. But, things turned for me for three reasons. Those…read morethree reasons made me disconnect from here and go somewhere else. Before things turned I enjoyed going. I was able to make appointments and they were usually always running on time. The pedicures were great and my manicures were always done to my liking. The salon was always clean. But here are the reasons why I had to find a new nail salon. 1. My daughter would get her nails done from time to time. She always wanted to use my person who happen to be the owner. She liked that she paid attention to detail and liked how her craft with nails was done. So when I would make appointments for her or she would make them for herself we always asked for the owner by name. She was always placed on the schedule for her. But, when we arrived 85% of the time my daughter was pushed onto someone else. That in time upset her and me. It was as if it was because she was 15-17 at the time her requests were not important. Money is money no matter how old the person is. I felt like she was judged for her age. I taught her to tip well, and pay etc. 2. I would average my nails to be done every 10-12 days. I get anxious and will start to pick it they are growing out too much etc, or if the cuticles were getting to be out of shape. Things were fine, but after almost a year of that the owner told me she just couldn't do that anymore. She said she really needs me to do 14 days. Personally I felt like that was not harming anyone or myself to have it done every 10-12 days. There is more I could say, but I'm just not going to. My nail tech now said she understands why I want them done when I did. She also stated that it is my choice and I pay for them to be done which is my choice. 3. I would pay with a card a good portion of the time. But, one day the owner saw that ai had cash in my wallet. Her question, "Heather, why don't you pay in cash?" I replied because I chose to use my card. My cash is used for other things. Either way how I pay is how I pay. This was strike three for me.'I did not appreciate being questioned about my cash. Overall what started out good just got worse and I just wasn't enjoying myself there anymore. When I went in to cancel my appointments there was a nail tech who helped me and she was so polite and apologized but completely understood what I was feeling. It was as if she saw it and it's been done to others.
