This was my second skydiving experience, and doing it in Hawaii made it completely unforgettable. The moment you jump out of the plane, everything you see in the photos becomes real. Endless blue skies, clouds below, and the ocean stretching forever. There is a brief moment of fear, but it quickly turns into excitement and a feeling of freedom. My best friend and I did this together, and having the entire experience recorded was absolutely worth it. The views alone make this skydive special, and the instructors made the whole experience feel safe and smooth. Never in my life would I thought someone who hates falling (me) would voluntarily jump out of a plane but here we are. Joe my instructor was an absolute gem in making me feel comfortable both on the ground and in the air. He never failed to give me advance notice of what is happening so I don't freak out when it's a very high stimulation and new environment. Even in the air he allowed me to step on his feet when he released my harness which apparently isn't a normal thing. I was starting to feel nausea when landing and doing turns but they stayed with me until I felt good and gave me lots of tips on how to recover. The photo package is pricy and so is skydiving itself but it's really worth it for a once in a lifetime experience! You also get a certificate at the end of the for your first dive! read more

Wow. What an amazing experience. Came here to celebrate my birthday and the operation and I were established in the same year. :-) I know for a lot of people it's their first time and there's nothing to compare against, but my friend who went with me had skydived before in Canada and said this was a better experience with a longer fall and with better videos and photos. There are so many reasons you should go with Skydive Hawaii! The check in process was easy and the staff were nice. My photographer Mike did such a great job! He really captured the essence of my first jump! He also was good at telling me and my friend how to pose. My tandem master John was funny and had 16 years of experience. He made me feel safe too. The prices were reasonable and they let me preview the photos before deciding to buy. (But you have to decide on the video before jumping, cannot add that later.) of course I ended up buying video and photos haha. The whole experience was so exhilarating and memorable. The jump from the airplane only gave me a small falling sensation, far less than a roller coaster. My coach pulled the stabilizer pretty soon so we weren't flipping around, but at one point we were spinning a lot lol. The landing was done by the coach as I had my legs up and I didn't stand up till they asked me to. O'ahu north shore is beautiful. We jumped from 14000 ft above the clouds and it's so cool to see the earth from high above. Such a wonderful experience! This is a sign. Call them to book and you won't regret it. :-) read more

Skydive Hawaii - A Birthday to Remember! I took my daughter to Skydive Hawaii for her 18th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. As a parent, watching your child jump out of a plane for the first time is a mix of excitement and nerves--but the team did an amazing job explaining everything and keeping the energy positive. My daughter jumped tandem with an instructor who was experienced, upbeat, and super reassuring. I jumped with Papa Dop, who was amazing, with upwards of 35 years experience. We absolutely loved every second of it--from the breathtaking views of the North Shore to the adrenaline rush of the freefall. It was the perfect mix of thrill and beauty. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about it since! She's already talking about "next time!" If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, Skydive Hawaii is the place to go. If Yelp allowed negative stars, this place would deserve it. We booked for 1:30 PM. Guess what? They made us sit around, then quietly decided to merge the 1:30, 2:00, AND 2:30 groups together. So instead of two people skydiving at 1:30, suddenly we're stuck in a crowd of four, like we signed up for a bus tour in the sky. And when we asked why, the Chinese owner told us, "the plane needs gas." Seriously? We're not stupid. That's the best excuse you can come up with? At least try harder next time--customers deserve honesty, not kindergarten-level stories. Talk about bait-and-switch and total lack of respect for customers' time. You don't pay skydiving prices just to be herded like cattle and rushed through the experience. Meanwhile, the skydiving company next door actually looked way more professional and better organized. If you want your jump to feel safe, special, and worth the money--go next door. read more

ignacio was the best instructor! such a fun exeperience :D (even though i did throwup after but thats bc im bad w dizziness)... the video was great and so glad it came with captures within, so i didn't have to manually screenshot! make sure you wear shorts that go past ur thighs though, i made a slight mistake on wearing jean shorts and the harness was rubbing against my skin for w little. one of the other instructors also offered me a ginger shot candy to help with my post dive. this is review is all over the place but the guy who checked us in was also rlly great! we were on a slight time crunch bc we had to be back for a graduation and he got us in earlier than we were quoted :) def recommend skydive hawaii! read more

My daughter's first jump on her 18th birthday. They were patient, courteous, and thorough with explanations. She had a great experience. It was on her "bucket" list. I will post a link to her video soon. Great price for students. The video package was reasonable. Why I gave it four stars? He tried to really push the tipping issue. I did not like that. If they do not pay their instructors enough, then they should look for employ elsewhere. He tried to tell us the suggested normal tip was $50 per person (video and tandem jump instructor, what statistics is this based upon? My question...do you tip the pilot when you fly? The stewards?...very uncouth in my opinion. Other than that, had a great time. read more

Great all-around experience! The shuttle driver, intake/office staff, and instructors were wonderful. They were very patient with my husband as it was his first time. Wow. I had been skydiving before in Tucson. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing experience. BUT THIS! Even better. It was amazing. I went higher up, did more twists, had a wayyy longer look at the views on the way down (including a beautiful ocean that I definitely didn't get in Tucson) and I was taught a bunch of ways to manipulate the parachute. AMAZING! my instructor was nacho and he was just so cool and ready to get out the plane! No nerves no nothing! Just straight happiness

Employees have no respect for customers. Was harassed walking over to GOJUMP for a delivery. Mind you they have the exact same address. If you go over to GOJUMP expect them to treat you like you pissed in their cheerios. Was there for a max of 5 minutes to be harassed about my vehicle being parked. Employee was recording in an around my vehicle them recording myself. (The parking lot was empty) just thought I would share this unprofessional business interaction. If parking is such an issue then you should contact a tow truck to remove the vehicle. Not start recording in people's personal stuff. Was told "it'll probably be faster to deliver the food if I park over there" acknowledging what I am doing there. And I say "okay." As its a 50m walk and im only delivering really quick. Then come back to a threat "what happens to your vehicle is not my responsibility" Uber drivers are required to be insured so property accountability couldn't have been the issue. Seems to me like a power trip and they're jealous that the company next door gets more customers. I can see why. read more
