I was able to buy it online and go into the store to pick it up! They were super fast. I went into the store and let the associate know that I had an item I ordered waiting for me and they gave me my order almost instantly . I told the staff that I had been looking for this item for a while and they let me know that they had another location extremely close may have some more and they offered to phone them to ask them to put it on hold for me. They called and when I got to the other location the item was waiting for me behind the cash. Both stores have great service and a wide array of items. I also looked at what the potential cost of parts and how long it would take to get them. I did a google search in the Hamilton area and found Ed's Appliances and Parts. I went in and met Nick the owner. What a wonderful, friendly man who was also very helpful. He was able to confirm what I thought was the issues and I ordered a new heating element and check valve. These were ordered on Apr 16 and was informed I should have them by the 19th. I received a call that they were in on the 18th! Everywhere else showed it would take approx two weeks to get the parts and I would have to pay shipping on top of their more expensive pricing. Unfortunately while reinstalling the dishwasher I broke the hose assembly. I think I had someone looking out for me because it really should not have broken that easily. I called Nick, my new best friend, who said he could have it by the next day. I highly recommend Ed's Appliances and Parts, Nick is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also just brought in bicycles! If you are looking for anything, give Nick a call!!!

This is a great model shop. They have cement models, snap models, models from the right now, models…read morefrom the back then, and models from the right now that look like they're from the back then. Do you need decals for whatever reason? They have a big free bin near the front. Do you need cement? What types? There are so many! And, if you don't know, the guys who work there do, and they will make sure you walk away with what you need. If you've been thinking about giving models a go, or are just looking for a place that has shelves lined with them, this is where you want to go. It's hard to believe that a brick and mortar like this place still exists, but it's wonderful that it does!
