She made sure everything was exactly what I needed. The hall itself is spacious enough that we were able to have: 2 jumpers and outdoor seating Taco catering and even our horse trailer bar outside Face painters and activity tables inside 6 snack carts, a balloon setup, and a photo booth--all with plenty of room to spare! My family and friends were blown away by how much we could fit without feeling crowded. The space truly made the party smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I cannot rave enough about this place--it's seriously a MUST if you're hosting an event. I will definitely be booking here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect venue!

She even had a taco vendor set up outside so it's nice to know this banquet hall honors outside vendors with the assumption that insurance requirements are met. Parking is very limited for guests and when it fills up (which it will), there is street parking but watch out for posted time limits. Considering how loud we all were, it's safe to say that you can host your next party here without worrying about noise restrictions.

Has a full kitchen w/warming trays, huge fridge, AC, private and street parking, raised stage, draped ceilings, tile floors, bar, another fridge here and ice machine. The only flaw I find is there's 2 single stall restrooms 1 men, 1 women other than that everything was perfect for holding a small event. We really didn't have major restroom issues although I say we ended up with around 200 people at our event. There were times it could be a bit of a line not too bad though. This would not detour me from leasing this hall again and again. You need a deposit to book, they do require 2 security guards and are very open to allowing you to set up a day before if the hall is not booked that day. They also do all kind of rentals you may need for your event at very affordable prices. We ended up renting tables and chairs from them. The owner of this venue also owns the party store across the street so they just bring anything you may want to rent or buy right over. They make balloon garlands at the store too although we ended up doing our own garland. I highly recommend this business all around 5 star service and experience. The only thing I would like to add is the need for a bigger AC unit and/or an additional large electric cooler (they have 1 already). We had our event 7/13/19 and that day was 100 degrees I believe the hall was cool when we got there and then it was just super hot. Which is normal I know with the door constantly being opened and as more people arrive plus the speakers from the DJ and so on. I do feel there is a big need for an upgrade. Hopefully the owner will considered addressing this area because inside the hall got to be pretty unbearable. Other than that this hall is perfect.

I was devastated to say the least. We were so frantic trying to find someone to pipe and drape for us, but the ones we reached out to were either booked or so expensive. Our DJ pointed us in the direction of Events by "E" and I am so glad he did. She went out of her way to make it work for us and at such an amazing price. She was able to completely pipe and drape the entire music hall and transformed it into the most beautiful room I've ever seen. She even hung lights for us in the bar. It was MAGICAL to say the very least. I wanted to bawl my eyes out when I saw it. It was so pretty. I cannot recommend her enough! She had great communication and flexibility. I am so thankful for her!

From start to finish we had a play by play of how our event would be. Food, open bar and rooftop decor was discussed. About 2 months prior to the event The owner personally reached out to see if we would like to taste the food prior to the event, because we never had BellaVistas food we were inclined to try. RIMA GOT DOWN, the tasting was awesome, everything we tasted was great, it was a little difficult to decide on what we wanted, we wanted to stay to a 3 course meal. We did a garden salad, eggplant parmigiana, and chicken Rollino. For appetizers we did Charcuterie Platter , Cheese Platter and Meat Balls. (We had about 80 guests) Now fast forward to the week of the event. RAIN was all over the forecast. Rima assured us she could move the event inside no problem and still accommodate our decorations and seating ( we originally wanted a table long enough to fit all of our guests upstairs on the terrace) My mother in law who I love oh so much, was freaking out and refused to believe the party would work. With that being said Rima invited us to come back to the restaurant to plan for seating and decorations. My mother in law was happy and asked to come in at 9AM sharp to set up ( the party was at 5PM lol) Rima said she would make it happen. During set up Rima's staff was extremely helpful and pleasant they helped us from start to finish and we didn't even ask! Once everything was set up the restaurant was so beautiful and ready for a big party. Right at 5 guest started to show up, Rima had the Bar pour Prosecco for guests upon arrival, it was a nice touch. Issac her bartender was AWESOME, he accompanied all of our guest with great drinks and an a awesome attitude. During dinner rima and her staff made sure our entire party was served in a timely matter, and yes the chicken was just as juicy as it was during the tasting. I was extremely pleased with it all. Needless to say, this was a great experience and would recommend to go for it. If your considering BellaVistas Rima and her staff will accommodate your wishes and ensure you have a beautiful event, tell them what you want and they will make it happen.

The staff were very patient and gracious with us as plans changed, our guest list kept increasing, and we all adjusted. Rima and Saul are a pleasure to work with. No need to drive around or worry about parking after watching grown men dramatically suplex each other for our entertainment. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 4/5 for the price. The location was great, the hotel had a nice waterfront setting, and for what we paid, I felt like we got a pretty good deal. However, I have one major complaint: THE ROOM WAS HOTTER THAN HELL'S SUMMER VACATION. The AC was set to 65°F, which I assumed meant the room would eventually become a refreshing little refrigerator. Instead, the room apparently decided it was training for the WWE main event. At one point in the afternoon, the temperature climbed all the way up to 80°F. Eighty. Degrees. Meanwhile, the thermostat was sitting there proudly displaying 65°F like it had personally accomplished something. I began to suspect the air conditioner was less of an appliance and more of a decorative wall ornament. At that point, I was sweating harder than the wrestlers across the street. Aside from the room temperature saga, we had a good stay and enjoyed the convenience of being directly across from the Arena. For the price, I'd stay here again, but next time I'm bringing a thermometer, a portable fan, and possibly a small team of HVAC technicians.

After being underwhelmed by the looks of the hotel and rooms, asked if I could have a water view. I was informed only rooms with 2 beds get a water view and there is an up charge because it has 2 beds. I am only one person.... Next I went to climb into bed. The bed had some hairs in it that were not mine, so I called the Front Desk. The front desk offered to change my room, but it was 1030 at night. I requested that they just come change the sheets instead so I didn't have to repack my stuff and move it. Someone who looked like they were from housekeeping, came by with a stack of clean sheets, handed them to me and walked away. I was left to remake my own bed and strip off the other sheets. After stripping off the sheets and remaking the bed, I found that these sheets had blood on them. I called the front desk again and requested new sheets. Again, someone showed up my door with a stack of sheets and handed them to me. This is not how a hotel should handle a situation like this. I expect someone to come in and remake the bed and take away the sheets, not have me leave them on my floor overnight. I was so tired. I didn't even bother putting a new duvet cover on the duvet, which was handed to me. The duvet was on the floor with the sheets that I did not sleep in. The next day I put out a sign for maid service. Unfortunately, they did not get back to my room by the time I returned at 2:30 PM in the afternoon. The woman that works on the fourth floor was horrified when I explained what happened the evening before. I truly appreciate her kindness and understanding of the issues from the night before she quickly had someone come in and remove the huge mound of sheets on my floor. She then contacted the front desk to find out more information and have them waive my resort fee of $26- Her service was what I expected from the hotel Front Desk at 10:30 PM the night before. Because of this experience, it makes me wonder if there isn't someplace better in the area to go or just drive from a further distance daily to get to University of the Pacific.
