Been here a few times and they have updated/remodeled a bit since I was there last. We had a birthday party and got a nice room and a dedicated staff member to set up and assist and pack up when done. Kids can play on anything for one price. Tons of trampolines and obstacle course activities that are fun for the kids. Also have concessions, pizza, etc. plenty of places for parents to sit and wait.

New activities installed for all ages

Happy to upgrade this review from 1 to 4 stars! I reluctantly returned at the persistence of my son and was happy to see it in good repair, clean, and with new activities! The park was clean, the biggest complaint is the foam pit by the toddler area had some extremely old foam blocks coming apart, we even found an old cell phone and other odds and ends that have probably been down there for years and most likely not cleaned. We will return, it's now worth checking out!

Great place to take kids to get out energy. We visited this past Monday since it was Presidents' Day and school was out. We arrived around 9:20 and there were very few people inside. We did not have to wait in line, which was nice. They have a seating area located in front of the trampoline park which is nice to set up base with drinks. They have comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. They also have a large restroom and a snack bar with an assortment of treats and food.

Daughter broke both ankles there yesterday due to faulty airbag and the worst excuse for employees and safety I have ever witnessed. Please don't take your kids th

The service is terrible. They have a bunch of kids working here that seem like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.

First off I must say I feel very bad for their associates as the lack of shade here for them is quite concerning as we visited on a cooler day and after just a short time in the park we could feel how brutal the sun really is here and for those working without shade this is completely unacceptable that they treat their associates like that as you can definitely feel that it takes it's toll on them! They have a small collection of rides with around 90% of them being from the Zamperla catalog with their standout attraction here being the notoriously bad Thunderbolt 681M roller coaster that they named Rollin' Thunder which I found the name fitting because this coaster without a doubt felt as if it had flat spots in the wheels as when it cycled it was almost as if you were on a pogo stick with the amount of bouncing that the train made whole proceeding through it's course making for one terrible ride from start to finish. It was also very concerning how much their ride operators didn't care about people having loose items out on the rides as this person had their phone out filming while I was on the train with them which is very dangerous and can kill someone as this coaster goes at about 55MPH and having that fly off and hit you could be devastating! See my picture where you can clearly see someone loosing their hat because the operators failed to tell them to take it off! We did a few laps around the park and rode some of the flat rides with them being the Zamperla Air Race, Zamperla Endeavour, Zamperla Wild Mouse Coaster and a few others which are all very different from one another but nothing unique to make it standout enough for us to really ever want to come back here again. Their Mystic Mansion attraction was terrible as our guns didn't work so we just pretended to shoot things to entertain ourselves occasionally getting some of the targets to work it became more of a game for us of how many targets can you get to work which was just laughable by the end of the ride. This shooting dark ride is a clone of the Boo Blasters type of ride built by Sally Dark rides with numerous others of the same style across the country so I've definitely been on my fair share of these this year alone and this had to have been the worst one of them with how nothing worked. We didn't feel the need to visit their waterpark as it just wasn't on the agenda for this given day as by the time we had rode a few things and walked around in the sun for a bit we were totally over being here as there really isn't enough to spend a whole day here and better yet there isn't enough shade for anyone as I could feel the sun taking its toll that fast and that's coming from someone who spends a lot of time at parks especially in the summer. Overall you can tell that this place is in desperate need of some new attractions that stand out and that their parent company doesn't care about their associates as with the lack of shade and with what some of them told us it was quite clear that they aren't important to them when they are here to support the guests coming in to have a fun day.

This place has a much more chill vibe than OWA or Big Kahuna's, so if you're expecting that level then you might be disappointed. However it is far less crowded and you don't spend hardly any time in lines. All the water slides were working and it felt like the kids went down them each a hundred times. Pro tip on the lazy river: get you a double tube and stretch out and take a nap. They've got some shade in several stretches and it's normally able to handle the traffic so you're not running in to anyone and able to relax. The little restaurant they have was giving away unlimited free drinks which was a nice, and there was a nice older gentleman working the grill. When I ordered a cheeseburger he said "it'll be ready in 20 minutes boss!" and then I went down a couple slides with my son and came back and got it right off the grill. I'm giving it 4 stars because it may not be the upscale spot but we consider it still solid and worth a visit. So yeah if you want a chill, relaxed day, and don't need all the bells and whistles to have a good time!

The animal enclosures were grade A with animals kept in areas as closely resembling their natural habitats as possible. We took the train through several open areas where the animals were separated by waterways and cattle panels. Most of them had free reign to travel from one area to another. There were also several opportunities to interact with the animals both by meeting them within their enclosures with a keeper or by feeding some of the more docile animals. That said, it was the zoo keepers who made this experience all that it was. We met Newt near the Tamarin enclosures. She spent several minutes telling us about the primates and birds. She loves what she does and her enthusiasm is contageous! We also spent a chunk of time talking to the sloth keeper - sadly, I cannot recall his name. He was very interesting to talk to and gave us a whole new appreciation for the different types of sloths. We highly recommend this zoo!

One of the things my hubby and I loved the most is that the Gulfarium also serves as a rehabilitation center for marine life. Many animals are treated and released back into the ocean whenever possible, while others that could not survive in the wild are given a safe and caring home. We saw a sea turtle with two missing flippers, which was both heartbreaking and made us happy at the same time since it wouldn't stand a chance to live in the wild. We watched both the sea lion and dolphin shows, and they were great. It was so nice to see that the trainers genuinely care about the animals. The animals were rewarded with plenty of treats, attention, and affection throughout the presentations. My favorite part of the entire visit was seeing the manatees. I had only ever seen them in pictures before, and I completely fell in love. They are such gentle, peaceful, and beautiful creatures. I could have watched them all day!

We saw stingrays, dolphins, penguins, manatees, turtles, crocodiles, pelicans, snakes, lizards, frogs, and many other animals. Even though we missed the scheduled shows, there was still plenty to see and enjoy at our own pace. One of the best parts was learning that they care for many rescue animals and help rehabilitate and release them back into the ocean when possible. It was great seeing a place focused on marine animal rescue and conservation. The park was family friendly and easy to walk through, with lots of close-up animal encounters. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is that some of the animal habitats and viewing areas were not very well maintained. A few tanks had noticeable algae buildup, which made it difficult to clearly see some of the animals. Overall though, we still had a good experience and would recommend visiting if you are in the Fort Walton Beach area.
