We have a membership here and it's great for toddlers and up! Even us as adults have fun. The membership is worth it. We come weekly. You get a 2 hour window to play. There is food available and seating. Family friendly bathrooms. Lots of freestyle trampolines but also rock climbing, basketball soccer and dodgeball. There's also a ninga warrior area. The place can be a bit messy and some of the equipment has been broken for weeks now. Maybe a bit more upkeep would be helpful. read more

Birthday party this past Saturday had me at Sky Zone for the first time. This place is a dream for kIds in a snoWy climate as there are endless play zones. For $20 for two hours or monthly passes your kids or adults have entry to varying play fields of jumpers that make for a great activity. Our kids started on the American ninja slide then went to the jump jump pit, played jump dodge ball and ended on the on the obstacles. It isn't cheap but it is fun! The concept and park are great. However, the management is awful. It honestly looks like someone hired 45 kids that are being forced to get jobs and then gave them no instruction. I watched a kid get hurt 4' from a group of 5 employees too busy focused on themselves. When I informed the staff he said "I wasn't watching so what do you want me to do" his job was literally to "watch that area" I also watched a staff member walk around and tell kids to stfu when they yelled? One star would considered generous. When you pay full price you expect a certain standard. Today 7/24 a sprinkler was going off on a jump court. Sprayed the whole 90 minutes we were there. So that section and two others were closed off. Extremely disappointing and limiting for the jumpers. This location also needs a customer service training because the staff was beyond rude and not helpful when explaining basic information. I went to the one in Oakdale back in December of 2020 and did a 3 month membership. Unfortunately they did not tell me that they would keep charging my card. So now over a year later I want to get a refund because my bank did not notify me of the fraudulent activity. They continue to take my money for a year, I work 2 jobs in order to pay my bills and I don't get to see family much. Skyzone is a fun place to spend some time and we have had good experiences just going to play, and I'd recommend it for that. I DO NOT recommend hosting a birthday party at Skyzone. Because we had a good experience jumping there, we thought it'd be a fun place to have a birthday party. I was completely and totally wrong. Working with the event coordinatior, Taylor Knapp, has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Taylor ruined the experience and I would avoid working with him if you can. His communication was rude from the very beginning. I had called prior to booking and asked if I could trade "bounce time" with "room time" and was told that is no problem. Confirming with Taylor, he stated this was a problem and treated me as though I was trying to scam him. He made it very clear he (or Skyzone) is all about the money and no accommodations would be made. I am an understanding person, and even if he couldn't make adjustments, I feel he could have communicated in a more professional and respectful manner. Not only was Taylor rude, he did not communicate complete information. I was presented with only one option (as he would not be accommodating), which was to spend more money. It was only after I agreed to spend more money that he provided more information- that would require me to change the start time for the party- after all the invitations and RSVPs have been sent. Trying to work with him around this party was a disaster. I have never asked to speak to someone's boss, but I got to a point with Taylor where communication was too hard that I had to. I also rarely post reviews, but wanted to try and save others the hassle of having a birthday party at Skyzone. I'd say look elsewhere- there are other trampoline places! We brought our grandkids to the Northtown Sky Zone at 9:15 a.m. and there was only one employee that showed up that day. We understand that happens but as a result they couldn't do aby of the activities that require staff supervision. that was a huge bummer. Did they still have fun? Had a bday party there today for my son. I get there to check in and every worker is clueless about us having a party. They ran around trying to find someone that could take care of us. Kids didn't all get wrist bands on until 15-20 minutes past our starting jump time. Then when we were suppose to have our party room they didn't even have a room available for us and I told them that we better let our kids go back and jump and then sat and tried to figure out if that's ok.‍. Then when we FIANLLY had a room available to for us we come in to THREE burnt pizzas. I tell them we absolutely are not eating them and we needed them not burnt. I was grabbing all the pitchers to refill because no one else was when we were suppose to have someone doing this. Just a complete shit show. I tell them I'm not paying for the burnt ones and they argue with me telling me I have to pay for them. I then had to call my husband to drive there to speak with them. Customer service is as absolutely atrocious! What a joke. Will never have a party there again. Workers have zero common sense. How do you forget that you have a Birthday party with 15 kids???!!!! Extremely rude workers that clearly lack professionalism and need a LOT of extra training at the very least if not fired!!!!!! Finally after having my husband show up to at least have the burnt pizzas taken off the price they agree to that. Very rude workers. No apologies. I really, REALLY wanted to give 5 stars. We went to Toddler Time and my son had an absolute blast! It was cool to see all of the ninja warrior style equipment and obstacles too for when the general public comes. The facility was clean, the staff pleasant, and the price of $6 for toddler time was INCREDIBLE! So why only 3 stars? Well, arrival and check in is very confusing. Right when you walk in there is a GIANT sign that says CHECK IN. So naturally, we stood in line to get in. It took awhile to get to the front and when we finally did we were told we had to sign a waiver first over at the waiver station. Now the waiver station is off to the side and not the first desk when you walk in, and there's a small sign that says START HERE. I'm just confused as to why you wouldn't have the START HERE sign be the biggest sign, and why it's not the first desk when you walk in. So we ended up standing in line twice. Then we went to hang up our coats, but there's nowhere to hang coats or keep belongings. Everyone just sort of threw coats and purses everywhere at the cafe tables. We found a spot on the floor in a corner. And now the people who are ordering food have nowhere to sit. So yea, it was a great activity and we will absolutely go back, but I can't bring myself to give 5 stars just because my kid had a good time. I would like to see a little more organization and thought given to their guests. read more

This indoor activity are is great for kids. I would give it 4 stars if they had any benches to change your shoes on. It is not ideal to drag your stuff over to the eating area or sit on the floor, particularly in the winter. Toddler Time is a great way to burn off energy for the kids. Be wary of increased rates for themed days. It was an extra $5.00 per child. What this added was animal capes for staff, crackers & gummies on a counter, and a craft room. To be honest, if it was well published we would have skipped and came during the usual $10.00 toddler time. But we already had the kids excited and we're a captive consumer. Me and my basketball team went to Sky Zone and rented it for 3 hours with pizza pop. We were suppose to be there from 6-9. At 7:45 this guy walks up to us and told us to go to our room. So we went in there and 5 minutes later this idiot comes back and says once we enter the room we can't jump anymore. We were like that's crap and at 8:30 after we were all done and bored we decided to go back and jump and 2 minutes later that asshole walks over to us and was like you can leave or get kicked out. So we went back to the room and we had 25 minutes left. So we went back to the room and he told all the employees to watch us and he just starred at us until we started leaving, then he had the nerve to bitch to the mom who set this up for us. He didn't let us jump again because they have a limit of people and they wanted to fit a couple more people in to take our place even though we didn't get our full time. Sky Zone. Attention Asian Parents and families. One of our little boys, just 10 yrs old got attacked by another kid physically and verbally because he is Asian. He was insulted by racial slurs as well. Sky Zone employees did nothing to stop the attack and just watched until another parent stepped in. This is not the type of environment I would want to take my child to. It's not safe. read more

Place is clean and beautiful. Amenities are awesome. Safety and treatment after injury is subpar. We had a summer pass but after 2 injuries we stopped. I even bought my niece the pass. My 7 year old son has had his 3rd injury and will not go back. Hit in face two times. Bloody nose and this past Saturday, three cuts on right eye. No more! 3rd time before he hurt and bruised his back. Need better way to separate his age group from older kids. Need more attentive staff to address injuries. I feel bad now forcing him to go this past Saturday for a birthday party after his injury. :( read more

I took my 2 boys and their friend to SkyZone in Maple Grove today and had a great experience... especially because of a young man that worked there named Jetai (sorry if misspelled). He was so engaged and kind and played basketball with my boys for a long time. You could tell he genuinely liked his job and was having a great time with the kids.
