Never open, even though there must be 6 people working. Sad.
Jason M.

Place never fails to disappoint. Regular customers are checked in ahead of "VIP" members because they are more interested in selling a new membership than providing good service to the members they already have. The staff is lazy to the point where they have told me to run an attraction if I want it open. The attractions are hardly ever open during the day, actually causing my child to say she doesn't want to come back because it's boring. You can slap a new name on this place ( was Defy now Skyzone ) but rest assured it's the same mediocre service.

This is what happens to the socks after one use in the foam pit. This does not happen with other jump socks.
Natalie M.

Make sure your socks are the right color. If you pay them $75 a month for three kids to have a membership they will still complain that you didn't buy your jumping socks there. Even though for three months of coming here and having a membership this was never mentioned until now. And do you think they might provide a complimentary pair for one time of having the wrong socks??? No way. It's one simple gesture to turn experience around but they don't have the customer service skills to do that. They really take advantage of being the only place in town. I can't wait for some competition to make this place shape up. They refuse to open attractions even though 6 people are hanging out behind the desk and the same areas stay broken for months. If you moved from an area with real trampoline parks, prepare yourself for Clarksville's finest.

I let the first few times go but this is when I interjected and told her to not rush her to jump (no line).

Truly wish I could leave zero stars, this place is a dump. The equipment is falling apart, sanitary measures are not kept up with, the young adults that they hire have more attitude and entitlement than I've ever seen. The entire place lacks work ethic and customer service but more importantly the managers have no oversight to how their employees are treating children. My child was nervous to jump and was screamed at by the girl pictured, then told to JUST JUMP...GO! When my daughter was trying to work up the courage, the employee then proceeds to step down from the slide area and stand next to my daughter while rolling her eyes. Smirking once she realizes I started to record because I've never seen a young adult be so ugly to a small child. I believe she then immediately calls a shift manager on the walkie talkie once I start to ask her why is she yelling at my daughter and I ask her to not rush my daughter because she's nervous. Some "wanna be" high speed man, comes rushing behind me in a very dramatic entrance without knowing the situation. AIDEN asks me what's going on because he came over here and it "looked like I was being aggressive". (I believe you came over here because she called you on a walker talkie because I wasn't using foul language or even a high tone when talking to this young girl although I do talk with my hands). So I ask him what aggressiveness did he observe from me because I'm thinking I have handled this situation very calmly since this is a young lady. Then AIDEN says,, "you were throwing your hands around crazily"? At this point, I'm not sure if he has watched too many episodes of cops but it definitely was not that serious and for someone that should have deescalated the situation, he truly only created a bigger scene. The girl is smirking the entire time, which is fine because this is not my first disrespectful encounter with this lady. Once I asked the front desk to please sweep one area of a trampoline because it appeared like a kid shredded 1-2 of the foam cubes and my son had gotten some shred in his eye, so I didn't want any other kids to get it in there eyes (there were handfuls of tiny foam shreds jumping on a trampoline mind you) they tell me they actually sweep at night etc. and I say well there are a lot of employees just standing here can someone go sweep that so no one else gets it into their eyes like my child just experienced? Then the young lady started with the eye rolling behind the counter. I'm puzzled but maybe it's hard to retain good employees however, the shift manager Aiden jumped into a situation going 100mph and making it quite worse vs figuring out what was actually going on. We will be cancelling our monthly membership after this last encounter because it's just not a good feeling going into this broken down jump park anymore. There was a perfect opportunity to handle this small situation the right way with redirect/corrective action and Aiden decided to do the exact opposite when dealing with this problem. Thanks Auden

A new place in Hoptown for kids to enjoy!…read more I heard about this place through some moms' group on Facebook and decided to check it out with a few friends. I almost drove right by the place because it doesn't look like anything special from the outside, just another strip. Parking is limited because the building is shared with one or two other businesses, but, depending on the time you go (we went at 10am) you may not have many issues. Inside, you literally scan the QR codes, fill out the waiver, and pay all online. They're pretty lenient, and I didn't even have to show the staff my receipt. The facility itself looks pretty clean and well taken care of-- granted they had just opened a few weeks before we had visited, so I'd be interested in coming back a month or so later. There's lots to do! The space is basically open play and includes a bounce house, several themed play rooms (they're adding more toys), a sand pit, soft blocks, some little tikes cars, a ball pit, and rock wall, to name a few. There is also a "teen" gaming room and a couple of couches and tables and chairs for parents to sit at. You can basically see the entire play area no matter where you sit. There are 2 bathrooms and a changing table that's conveniently outside of the bathroom but still has enough privacy. Everything seemed clean! The only mishap was the one bathroom was out of paper towels the entire duration of our visit. Price wise, it's not terrible. It's $11 for 2 hours of play, and they frequently have deals and themed nights (mommy and me, Valentine's party, $5 days, etc.). Just check their website! All in all, I was pleased. My daughter was happy and keeps talking about going back

Wanted to get the kiddos out and burn some energy before lunch! We found out on their website that…read moreTuesdays/Thursdays are $6 for 2 hours of play, which is perfect! Babies 6 months and under are free, but she did ask if the baby was crawling yet which might affect any early crawlers. There was a designated area for young toddlers and infants to play in, a ball pit, bounce house, sand pit, foam play area and little stores/businesses to play pretend! There was a room with some Xbox's and PlayStations which is fun. The restrooms were clean and there was also a changing station and nursing station! Seemed very well maintained! Only negatives were that there were a lot of toys that were not working and needed new batteries, as well as some sand in the bounce house.

Wonderful indoor playground for babies and little kids! Best for ages 0-8 with a minimalist design…read morefor open play and encouraging children's curiosity. The space is bright with pops of color. There's a wide range of activities including bikes, life-size Legos for building, a climbing wall and a sand room with a climbing structure and slide. There's a separate area geared towards babies that my 16 month old loved exploring! Children are required to wear grippy socks and adult must wear socks (grippy not necessary for adults). They sell reasonably priced socks there if needed. The restrooms are kept very clean, with changing tables in both men's and women's sides, and toddler accessible potties and sinks. Located on a quiet end of the building, there's plenty of free parking. They have a little cafe area, offering coffees and other beverage and snack options, including dye free candies! I've had the caramel coffee a couple of times; made to order, so it was hot and fresh! They use oat milk instead of dairy. It can get very busy at peak times like midmorning on a Saturday, but we've been there later in the afternoon when it has been practically empty as well. A single play pass has no time limit; my kiddos stayed for 3 hours before I dragged them out! They also offer multi pass packages at a discounted rate and monthly memberships. The membership grants unlimited visits. We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was a perfect venue for the kids to run around and have fun, but still easily find everyone to gather for cake and pizza. The private party room has some colorful decorations that we felt were sufficient without needing to bring anything extra, although they do allow you to bring in your own decorations. They also provided high chairs for our baby friends who joined the celebration! They assign a party coordinator who helps you get set up, then cleaned up at the end of your party. The rental time is only regarding use of the private room; guests are allowed to stay as long as they want beyond the party time to continue the fun! We were allowed to bring in our own food and drinks. There are optional add-ons for party packages, including juice boxes for kids, coffees for adults, gift bags, candy bar, etc.

There is a climbing wall, that took years off my life when my 1 1/2 yo grandson climbed to the to top. Giant Legos are plentiful. Someone had built a structure large enough for a few kiddos to stand inside and there were plenty left over for other creative play. A separate infant/toddler room is great for the younger or shy little ones. There were also lots of ride on toys, stilts, and other physically challenging activities. The sand room has many activities, sand toys, funnels, etc. There is also a climbing structure with two slides. On busy days it can get tight in there, but the san looked and felt very clean. I don't think they've been open long. The check in process was a little slow. A separate lane for prepaid and membership entries would be nice. I love the healthy snack options! As someone who tries to put thought into my food, it is wonderful to go somewhere and have options you dont see every day. Highly recommend this place, but it can be busy!

Being there with a toddler meant constantly moving to maintain supervision. But it was laid back and everyone was nice. We made a reservation but it was not crowded on a Wednesday morning, even with rolling start times. Outside patio space was small but cute, but also concrete - just something to be mindful of if you have a kid who goes headfirst into everything like mine. The entrance is adorable but the play space isn't closed off from the lobby. They have a little rounded mini doorframe for littles and my kid thought it was hilarious to go in and out. The place isn't big enough that they are going to get very far, but I was surprised it wasn't gated. More expensive than play cafes I've been to in other cities, but still worth a stop if you're in town with littles.

Getting wild at the rumpus room!…read more It was our first time visiting the Rumpus Room and we were so excited to check it out. If you're looking for a fun, clean place to take the kiddos on those cold or rainy days, this is the spot! It's so quaint and such a fantastic idea. There are a few different play areas like a Veterinarian Clinic, construction zone, and cafe for the kiddos to engage in some imaginary play. Additionally, they have a sectioned off area specifically for babies and infants. The Rumpus Room is not only locally owned, but the owner, Haley, is female and a veteran....how freaking bad ass!! You can tell that she and her hubby have out so much heart into this cute place. You can also see all of the potential and vision they are working hard to bring out growing community. You can chose to play for an hour or better yet, a membership to have unlimited play time! At this time, they are requesting you reserve a play time through their website so they can accommodate safe play for all. We will for sure be back to play and look forward to seeing this hidden gem continue to shine bright!
