I brought my daughter to their grand opening last weekend. We met up with a group of friends and all the kids had a good time! This place is great for kids 4-13, I'd say. It's HUGE! There's such a variety of things the kids can do. There's a soft play area for smaller kids, two big areas with trampolines, two pool-like areas with foam cubes inside, three slides, an inflatable jumpy area, zip line, obstacles courses and a basketball area. There's many spots for private parties. I think I saw two semi private party areas and then 3-4 private party rooms. There's also a food area that sells snacks. (See photo of menu) They offer membership packages and day passes. There's ample parking, but I can see how it can fill up quick. I'm sure we will be back many times! read more

2hrs of fun and independent play time for a very energetic toddler. The place is clean and easy to get too. Parking is free and they have food and refreshments. Getting a membership is actually a deal if you are a mom or dad that just want to relax on weekends and let your kids play and burn some energy off. read more

Skyzone is a great addition to the city for children, tweens and even young teens for entertainment . I took my 12 year old daughter and her friends this week to this new location and they loved it. This place appeals to a wide age range due to the open ended type of activities they offer. My daughter loved the trapeze swing and the fast drop slides. There are things to jump on, climb on, swing on- obstacle courses, bouncy sport courts to play dodge ball and basketball etc It's a great place to get your kid's energy out ( and great exercise ) . I'd say this place is ideal for kids ages 3-14. The operation needs some work- the lines were crazy long to pay get in. Be warned you must sign a waiver before you pay for tickets. This is noted, well... no where. They need to improve their signage. After waiting in line almost 30 minutes to buy tickets we got to the front only to be told the waivers had to be complete and we would wait in line again ( don't make the same mistake and do the waivers ahead of time so you will be all set). Lesson learned. A 90 minute jump will set you back 29$ a kid and then there is the 5$ mandatory sock each kid has to wear while on the equipment ( but you can bring back same pair for future visits ) . They have day passes for more money but I can't imagine a kid needing to spend more than 90 minutes there - it's tiring. Overall, while they need to work out the kinks with the lines, the facility is spacious and the activities are more creative and fun than your average jump park. For those reasons, I'm sure this was the first of many future trips to this location. Perfect activity for kids on a cold or rainy day. read more

I went in today with two free passes. I was informed a lot of the free passes had been stolen and therefore I could no longer use them. I let the woman at the counter know I spent $1,000 on a birthday party and she could look it up in the system to see I had legitimately obtained my passes. She was indifferent, made no accommodation, and took $60+ for two kids to enter. I'm not sure how Sky Zone's mistake became mine but count me out next time. read more

I had such an amazing experience that I felt compelled to write this review. If you are considering hosting your child's party here--do it! The process is truly effortless; all you need to bring is the cake or cupcakes. The team takes care of everything else. From start to finish, the staff was professional, patient, and readily available to answer any questions or address concerns. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Robin, who was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and professional. She carefully walked me through the party details and ensured everything was set up perfectly. I was also introduced to Edgar, who managed all of our party needs throughout the event. He was absolutely outstanding--his attention to detail allowed me to relax, enjoy myself, and spend time with my guests without worrying about anything. Our guests had an amazing time and couldn't stop raving about the space, the activities (which were fun for all ages), and the pizza was a big hit as well. My son loves a trampoline place! I'm happy we finally have one in Chicago with parking! I have a toddler and appreciate the toddler sections that's safe for him to explore. worst experience I've ever had, from the employee to the assistant manager. Super rude and unprofessional

We misunderstood what the person checking us in said about filling out the waivers, and accidentally filled it with the same email thinking that it was based on the reservation email. That was our bad, but the person checking us in was very rude about our mistake. We asked clarifying questions to make sure we were doing it right and they talked down to us like we were 5 years old. In the end, we left feeling disrespected and it put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun way to spend a birthday. I would recommend that the employees alter their script and have some more compassion for the people they're interacting with, especially when it's a dead Monday night. read more

Be very careful before getting a membership. It is near impossible to cancel. And in my case, the employee at the park had a typo in my email address, so I never got any confirmation, when I tried to sign in to cancel it showed no memberships. This place scams you big time with the memberships. I'm sure it's their business model to just keep charging people and making it impossible to cancel. read more

They sell you on the membership for a few dollars more than the one time charge. The membership is a recurring charge which they tell you can cancel before it automatically charges in a month. This would have been a 5 star rating but this black male that works at front was so rude. We are a Hispanic family and he was getting frustrated because he couldn't understand my father and he kept repeating "Español" and clearly I was speaking English to him. He kept making faces and was giving us attitude. He then asked one of his team members to help us. I don't understand how people can be this rude. Please train your staff to be patience and show respect to others. Although we had an uncomfortable situation in the beginning, this other black women was so friendly with us - I can't remember her name. She was amazing and very friendly. I went to SkyZone with our 7 year old who has Autism. He struggled immensely with the environment and had a major meltdown almost immediately upon entering. He really loves trampolines so it was upsetting that he was unable to handle it. I was pleasantly surprised and heartened by the treatment that the staff showed me. I interacted with 5 different employees who were all kind and went out of their way to help me with a refund, since we didn't make it past the locker area. It is not always common to have strangers treat our son with a disability with the kindness that was shown that day (2/8/25). I plan on brining our other child one day to give this place my business. read more

When I missed the deadline for canceling my friend's membership that I'd paid for in January, an associate told me to cancel that friend's membership so I could discuss the situation and get reimbursed this one time. However, at the Lincoln Park location, the manager told me that I would NOT get reimbursed for the February membership since I'd missed the deadline. Had I known they would not honor what was said to me initially and reimburse me the money, I would've shared the fortuitous news with my friend that she at least had another month's membership on me for February! But since I'd canceled that membership in accordance with their recommendation in order to get reimbursed, I walked away with neither my money back NOR the February membership I'd paid for before canceling. This is just very poor basic customer service. My daughter likes the park itself, but the management is highly disappointing. read more
