Absolutely filthy. In the bathrooms you couldn't even walk for all the trash on the floor. Dirty underwear just left in the bathroom stall. Trash in the jump park. Trash in behind all of the inflatables. Then a court marshall jumped on my kid about having Just Jump branded Trampoline Park socks. Took our money and then cut our jump time in half because the manager wouldn't let the kids jump without their branded $4 socks. Everything is a money racket for this company. Awful experience. Will not ever go back to this business or have parties for my child. Was told I could pay day of, but then got a phone call earlier in the week saying they have to take the second portion of the payment to confirm party. Lots of hidden fees, such as rescheduling time after they messed up the scheduling. And apparently walking out of the kitchen and bringing pizza to your party if you order extra the day of. Had to rush eating, bday gifts opening and everything within 45 mins. They forgot our food and drinks. They overcharged my account and my mother in law account stating it was refunded. Not to mention in play area kids were running over top of kids with no staff even helping. Awful experience, never will go back. read more

One star cause Yelp doesn't let you leave zero. TERRIBLE service, the place is FILTHY-two blue shirt employees (which I assume means some sort of management?) did nothing to point the very incapable staff in any sort of direction-none of employees on the patk floor or in the lobby/cafeteria interacted with costumers unless waved down and forced to. To get food and drinks, we had to physically get them from the office because they saw us in need of assistance & closed the door. Garbage everywhere, spills that were never cleaned up so everything was sticky, bathrooms disgusting, staff talking to each other at length rather than acknowledging customers, just the WORST kind of experience! We've been to other SkyZones, but this was our first visit to the Charleston location-we'll wait till we're visiting another state before we go again cause there will have to be a complete ownership & staff change with a big ol' makeover and grand opening for us to even THINK about visiting this one again! Update: Spoke with Sheila from corporate today and I do understand that things happen and I will be giving them another chance soon because my son and I do enjoy ourselves while there and the staff is always super friendly once we get inside. If I could give negative stars I would. My son and I have been there twice this month only to be left standing in line for over 20 min each time and only to get upset and leave and go to Chuck E Cheeses. Unorganized and poor This place seems to have poor management and all around poor operations. It's fun once you get to the trampoline park, but the ticketing and the lack of information about what you have to do before you're allowed to into the park is very lack thereof. With that being said I would recommend going on a weekday when it isn't busy, because the workers can't handle the busyness of having multiple guests come at one time. Also, the smell of that place is too much to handle. Reminded me of the locker room days. It also was a very over-stimulating environment especially on a busy Saturday night. read more

I would not recommend, it was absolutely chaotic and will definitely get a kid hurt. The staff was not paying any attention to the children, the parents were not taking any responsibility for their children. At one point during our 30 minutes a young child lost her parents and had them paged, with no answer. Absolutely no regard for the rules, or the parents making their children follow the rules. So my son had a party there. It was over $300. The pizza is trash (kids wouldn't even eat it after the party) and i paid for unlimited drinks which is $25 more that we didn't have access to until well over 30 minutes after the kids started jumping and we're crying they were thirsty and we were ready to just purchase a drink even though I had already paid for unlimited drinks. No one told us we could go in the party room before the hour jump was up. We were told we had to meet there when it was over. I finally just walked out to get the kids drinks at the register and saw it was open so I went in and not only was the drinks there sitting, but our ice cream cake we'd been told would be in the freezer until we cut it was also there melting. By the time we cut it it was a sloppy mess. The girl in the party room rushed us out. We paid for an hour and we're in the room 20 minutes if that before we were rushed out and badgered to do their "survey" which was really just their way of asking for a tip. My son got a jump pass for an hour but honestly if I take him I have to take my other two and I don't want to pay this company another penny so we may just forget about it and move on. My daughter has had 2 parties at kid a roo, and they were much better to deal with. I also did an after party online survey which asked if I'd like to be contacted.. I originally put yes so I could explain how horrible it was to be rushed out and let them know they need to train better, but they never even bothered so at this point, what's the point? Don't let them upsale your party with anything. It isn't worth it. read more

FINAL UPDATE: After several days of conversation and working through scheduling, we finally were able to book our field trip with SkyZone. Demi was very helpful in making sure everything was setup and in keeping us updated as to how many of our students and parents had filled out the liability waivers required by SkyZone. Unfortunately, the liability waiver portion of the process was less than ideal. Some parents were able to have their waivers accepted on the first try, others had to re-submit their waivers multiple times (even with the confirmation e-mail supplied by SkyZone, for some reason their waivers were not able to be found). We ended up having to fill out several student's waivers on site. As to the experience, all of our students had a blast! The location was clean and well-supervised and adults and kids alike had fun. All in all, we would be more than likely to return next year, assuming communication issues are ironed out and possible issues with their waiver system are straightened out. -------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: A manager called me back moments ago and is now working on setting up our trip. I will update/remove this review as things progress. -------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's an absolute shame when a company just doesn't seem to want your business. I tried setting up a field trip day for two classes at our private school. Firstly, I could not get in touch with anyone from the park for over a week. I called, left messages, texted, and finally contacted someone who was a manager at the location. Still nothing. Eventually, I e-mailed them, and after several days they replied. By that time, the prospective date for our field trip had already passed. I was then told that there was a minimum of 50 for them to open during the day, but that we could possibly be lumped in with another group and that they would be having a meeting later that day to work on scheduling and would get back with me in short order. That was 9 days ago, at the time of this review. I e-mailed them several times asking for an update, no answer. Then, I e-mailed their corporate headquarters. Again, 3 days have gone by with no response. I wouldn't recommend SkyZone for any type of group activity, and will most likely not be frequenting the location with my family either. read more

I had my 10 yr old's a party here on 1/26/19. Rented the room weeks ago. I spoke to Chantel (mostly-she was great) and another gentleman who called to review my party plans to make it go smoothly. I was told (more than once-which was supposedly written in notes) that the decor the day before,which was done and they refused to take it. I was then told to bring back the next morning & I did & AGAIN they refused to take it. Then,I told my party kids to be there 20 minute early. We all tried to check in -2/3 times and turned away b/c the person to sign my party in wasn't there?! Although,the guy standing there was doing NOTHING. Finally,they checked us in late. So,the employees were rushing to push us onto the floor. It would have been nice if someone was there when you walked in door,directing people toward the waiver tablets,elevator (we had a handicapped person)there & the nice area for parents to sit. We & my guests drove 2 hrs so my guests & I was very disappointed when they were there on time. Now,upstairs room was so tiny the kids could literally not get up and move at all or the divider would fall. I chose to do this but it's like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing literally. The 'host' was still bringing in the balloons while we were at the party. Do t be fooled about them providing the party supplies. I have 12 kids. They literally brought 12 plates/cups. When the parents wanted the extra pizza,cake & drinks they had to keep running and get more. Wouldn't recommend a party here. Lots of employees but it was like the blind leading the blind. My family comes to sky zone several times a month. The last time we came, we wanted to get in as soon as possible but when we arrived there was a line at the registers and only one person running a register. There were several other employees just standing around. (They do wear different colored t-shirts that seem to denote different responsibilities. I suspected this, but thinking in a customer based efficiency manner, I thought that even if an employee's role wasn't strictly running the cash register they would be trained to help out when there were many customers waiting to be served. This is not the case as I learned later.) After finally being waited on after a ten minute wait, we then had to wait until the next quarter hour time slot opened to jump. I took my displeasure up with the person whom was in charge of letting the jumpers on the trampoline. I was not happy and, unfortunately, I wasn't very nice to the young lady whom was the recipient of my displeasure. She got me a very professional young man (Gavin) to handle my issue. He did in a very professional, customer first manner. To be honest, my review was going to be very rough, but I was very impressed with the way Gavin and the rest of the crew handled my issue. Hopefully the owners will possibly look into more cross training so that employees can support other areas when there is a need. My apologies to the young lady that received my ire. read more
