Went with my husband and son and drove out with 2 bikes!! EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED!!! We had went on a couple of weeks ago and didn't have such a great experience, however, I decided to go back and fine them one more chance. Boy am I glad I did. The individual that made the first experience bad has since been removed and no longer with the company! Not good to have an arrogance about yourself and not the knowledge to back it!! When we went in this time, first we were greeted immediately outside by Scott (sales manager) he found out our needs and handed us over to Rocky (our salesman) and we finished the night with Neal (business manager). These 3 gentleman were patient, informative, knowledgeable and provided top knotch customer service which I haven't seen in a long time. Only reason they got one star was because it can't go any lower. Shitty service, rude employees, unwilling to make up for thier mistakes. By far the worst establishment I've ever been to. I don't even comprehend how they can keep their doors open or sleep at night. Every time I've walked in the door it has either been a headache or "comeback when your ready to buy". It started back in June when I first started looking. No one wanted to answer any questions or anything unless I was ready to sign that day. I actually had one guy tell me "Come back when you're ready". Well needless to say they lost that deal because I got tired of dealing with them and went to Clearwater and bought one from Cycle Springs, a far BETTER dealer. Now the helmet issue. Ordered a helmet last Thursday, it's been 9 days now. Yesterday and today I called them and they said it was there, both times it was wrong. No one bothered to check the order before I drove there. If I want a refund I have to wait 5-7 business days before I can get it so I can't even order the correct one from Amazon and then wait ANOTHER week for delivery. The parts guy was nice and tried to help but the damage has already been done. I still have to get a second helmet for my gf and don't want to go back there. He said next time he would order it himself and make sure it's correct and would even give a discount. That's all fine and dandy but WHAT ABOUT THIS TIME!?!? Follow up: After just leaving there from getting my refund, I will do everything in my power to dissuade anyone I know from ever going there again. All the nice talk about trying to correct what was wrong and talk to the employees responsible, the manager "Dave" was still unwilling to do what I asked, GIVE ME A CASH REFUND. After them sitting on MY money for over a week I now have to wait almost another week before I can have my money back. Bullshit!!! I am a pissed off customer and if you read the reviews, I am not the only one. They talked about how they've been making changes and trying to improve thier service... It's still just as fucked up as it has always been!!! I will NEVER set foot back inside their doors again! This is going to be a long review, but bare with me. I bought a 2001 Suzuki GSXR on 11/21/18 that was very clean and was purchased as is (with a 30 day return policy). That being said the bike didn't hit the road for a few weeks after being that I had to go to the safety class for my endorsement. During the brief time this bike was on the road I only rode the bike around town. So on Christmas 12/25/18 I decided to ride more extensively, which the bike broke down, all said and done I sat on the side of the road for 5 hours. So in total the days I owned the bike was 34. So I proceeded to call SP to fix the bike. The bike broken down from over heating and had not 1 drop of oil in the bike or radiator fluid (which I never saw any leaks) and would not start Hydralocked. SP came and picked up the bike and diagnosed it with a bad water pump and told me the bill was $750. I asked the mechanic on the phone why was the bike dry and asked you told me this bike was fully serviced. His response was yes it was and the bike was dry when we bought it and that this is on old bike and things go. Note that no one I talked to had 1 shred of concern or was sorry about the situation, the owner especially. I'm not a mechanic and do not pretend to be but I know if a car or bike is bone dry there is a problem. I was never told about this until now. I have called multiple shops and other knowledgeable riders and they all say the same thing yes in a basic service to sell a bike it be unlikely to check or know if there's a bad water pump BUT if the bike was dry they would know there's a red flag then check the corespondent parts. The owner hides behind its as is and it's an old bike and priced as such. No I'm sorry let's work something out and in fairness I would have even met him halfway on a price. His reply was I diagnosed it for free for you. There is only 2 scenarios here 1. They intentionally sold me a bike they knew was bad and hoped I'd make it past 30 days or 2. They made an honest mistake and his behavior was not that of the latter. With all that being said I now have a $750 bill on a bike I rode 300 miles on. My recommendation is to stay far away from this place. Bottom line is as a consumer you have to trust that the dealer is being honest with their customers and not trying to intentionally or unintentionally deceive their customers. I fully understand that an older bike stuff will go as they put it but when it's something that they knew about and didn't check and just put a band aid on to sell the bike it's extremely deceitful and to just say they gave me a free diagnostic is quite frankly insulting and totally fits the stereotype of a slimy used car dealer. They will absolutely will be hearing from my attorney and I will let everyone know what kind of operation they run there. Unacceptable behavior to say the least. I read more
