I brought my Harley Davidson to this shop and when I came back they had broke the speedometer put a dent in the gas tank and switched the seat and put it on another bike I do not recommend their services. Plus when I was there they did the same thing to another guy that was there. They didn't want to fix the stuff they broke. DON'T take your bike here. I put my motorcycle into the shop for A clutch adjustment. Originally it was going to be $40 but then they discovered they had to remove my exhaust pipes to get to the clutch so they told me $80. When I went to pick up the motorcycle they told me they could not improve the response of my clutch and that it was exactly the same way as prior to them working on it. And they raised the cost $100 for a total of $180. When I got the bike home and rode it around I noticed I had a major exhaust leak. That never happened before. After my bike sat in the garage for an hour I came out and noticed an oil leak that I never had before. I called them to complain and they told me To tighten the nuts and bolts myself. Customer beware I've heard bad things since my experience with this company. read more

Had work done and bought parts both was excellent. David and his staff were fine with my request. Purchased rear shocks.they had a set from take offs and I saved about 400 hundred over OEMS. they were triumph shocks. Good deal for both of us. I also purchased headers. They were not suitable due to manufacturing defects found After installed. David gave me full refund, no questions asked. Very disappointed in the service I received at motorcycle enthusiasts they gave me an estimate on my repair and when I went to pay for it was over twice as much I inspected the bike when I get home and found out bolts were put in backwards nuts are hanging off the end of the bolts no Loctite was used on critical parts and they're lucky they didn't crack the engine block or transmission block because it ain't loosen that bolt before doing the work and it put a blind on the two bolts that are trying to remove even though I told them exactly what to do I don't recommend this dealership for any repair unless it may be the tire or not oil change or something they sell the first time I ever went there with a motorcycle to be repaired they told me the bushings in my Rim cannot be replaced or removed and it's funny when I went in and showed him how to do it they came out in like 5 minutes I should have known better to go back a second time I never seen technicians that are so unknowledgeable on proper repair a complete joke don't trust their technicians read more

I went to this shop to have my rear tire on my Susuki 800 motorcycle repaired and schedules and appointment for Wednesday the 21st of Feb. to have a tube replaced in the tire, David in the service Department quoted me a price of 25.$ for a tube and 50.$ for labor to mount and balance after the tube was replaced. He also quoted me a price of 180.$ for a replacement tire. I decided to just go with the tube for now. After coming home and thinking about it, I decided to shop on line for a tire and found the same exact tire for 106.$ shipped. So I ordered the tire. On Tuesday the 20th , I went to the shop and talked to David about the plans of putting s new tire on instead of replacing the almost 9 year old , old tire , after I told him that I had purchased a tire and was expecting it to arrive any day , he promptly advised me that they don't mount tires that are purchased outside of the shop. I looked at him with amazement and told him that I guess I need to shop around for another place to work on my bike. I called around and found a shop in Port Richey who was more then Happy to do the work for me at 60.$. I will not be back as a repeat customer to Motorcycle Enthusiast due to their lack of customer service. This is why you can't keep the money in your own County. read more

Anyone who rides motorcycles in my area and needs repairs or service, I would strongly reconsider using motorcycle enthusiasts in Spring Hill. Why? Had to pick up my bike after it sitting there 6 weeks ( and in the freaking rain outside) on simple fluids changes. In fairness I asked for the top guy. However I was told "a few weeks to be completed". Ok cool. 2 weeks ago( 4 weeks later) I called. They said " 2 bikes ahead of yours". Today I show up, the bike ( and the rest) just sitting all day in the rain. I ask again. Told 2 bikes ahead of you. At that point I said that's what I was told 2 weeks ago. I went to get my trailer and left with the bike that was worse off being dead battery and rained on for however many times it rained in 6 weeks. my new battery was dead bc these guys never start it and run it or put on tender. As for how they talked to me I will say they were polite and didn't give any attitude but overall they will not get any good reviews from me. It's absurd that customers have to wait WAY more than expected from the approximate time. I try to be understanding and not a jerk, but don't BS me on top of that. No excuses for how they operate. They have good ratings, but on my experience I don't know how. And I'm not a newbie regarding bikes, but haven't had the time to do these flushes. On top of dead battery and low to no air in tires I noticed the rotors are rusting and the bike wouldn't move because the brakes/ caliper were stuck. Scraped/ wire brushed off the rust ( had the bike 15 years, never rust on rotors) and had to baby it back and forth a bunch before it finally loosened up. Took it for a spin locally to make sure they didn't screw anything else up I wouldn't even let those A-holes fill up my flat if I was stranded in front of their building. read more

He also introduced me to David the service guy who answered all my questions about my bike. I thought this place was awesome. NEVER EVER have a Harley Davidson serviced in this shop. Having changed out handle bars, the alleged Harley trained mechanic some how crimped the cables causing a sudden loss of clutch while on Hwy 19. The owner in lieu of accepting responsibility for said problem defended his guy. Again don't have a Harley serviced here, it could cost you your life. read more

I went here to look into buying a bike. I never made it inside. I was looking out front when a young man came out to ask if I needed help. I told him I was interested in buying and asked if they financed. He said it depends on the bike. He asked about my score and I told him it depends on what company they use. I told him the company that has me listed as low, and he said that's the one we use. He pretty much shut me down before I could even walk inside. He never asked how much cash I had on me for a down-payment (I had $2000.00), never asked about other financing possibilities. Never even invited me to look inside. Maybe this was a one-time thing, I don't know. Maybe he was having a bad day. I do know that I will never go back. Maybe if I knew more about motorcycles he would not have treated me like that (I asked a lot of newbie questions I guess). I'm hoping the next place I go to will invite me inside. They do have some beautiful bikes on display outside. They also have some nice ones on their website, which I assume are inside the store. read more

I have had 3 issues regarding these guys . I have tried to remain a customer as I live only a few miles away . Don't have time for a novel right now but here is one quick story . Brought my 450exc in to get the suspension serviced , oil changed , seals , etc . Got my bike back and the front forks would barely move . Brought the bike back and was told they put 10 wt oil in them , the book call calls for 5 wt . So they changed the oil to 5 wt . When I go pick up my bike I noticed the fork caps looked like they used a pipe wrench on them and rounded them off . After an argument with Dave they agreed to replace them . They said they would order new ones . I said " why don't you take the fork caps off one of the bikes in the showroom , that way I don't have to come back?" They wouldn't do that so I had to bring the back back a few days later . After getting my bike back ( $800 later ) the bike still wasn't right . Pulled the shock and forks off and sent them to Factory Connection , all was right when I got them back . Now that Barney's is a KTM dealer I deal with them , just bought a new 500xcw from them . read more

This place is a complete rip off and they will never see one penny of my money ever again. I had my yamaha yz250f on consignment at motorcycle enthusiasts for approx. 3 months. When I brought my bike there it was running fine, there was quite a bit of interest but no one made an offer. Last week the owner called me and said someone made a low offer on my bike but said the customer would not buy it unless it was running perfectly, so Dave (the owner) said it was probably from sitting around and needed the carbs cleaned and they could do it for just over $100 so I said go ahead and do it because they had and offer on the bike. 2 days later go to the shop expecting a check for my bike and one of the worker says I was just going to call you there was a problem with the carb. There is a rubber piece with in the carburetor that can not be replaced and it is going to cost $1300 for a new carburetor so I refused to buy the new carburetor and they also stated they spent 5 hours working on my carb, anyway they told me the were refunding the customers money and I would have to take the bike home because they could not sell the bike the way it was running here's the best part he gives me a bill for almost $300 for repairs to me bike that was not fixed when I only authorized $100 repair. So I called a buddy of mine and explained what happened and he referred me to a guy he knows that works at a yamaha dealer for over 20 years. I got in contact with him and told him what happened and dropped my bike off to him a few days later. He ordered the piece that Motorcycle Enthusiasts said could not be bought and he had it waiting when I dropped it off. He called me a few hours later and said my bike was done and it did not need that piece Motorcycle Enthusiasts said it needed, he told me they had installed the slide plate upside down in the carburetor which would cause the bike to run like crap. He also stated they did nothing right on my bike and they had no idea what they were doing and should not be working on bikes, needless to say my bike runs excellent no thanks to Motorcycle Enthusiasts. Beware stay away from this place. read more
