I got a dip manicure. The lady was quick. The staff was friendly. The shape is ok. A little thick for me. Will update on how long they last. You need an appointment to get your nails done. I was taken early. I was surprised there was no price list anywhere in the store. Update. After 3 weeks my manicure still looked great other the. Grow out. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Let me start by saying I never leave negative reviews, but this is a review years in the making…read more.. Megan treats customers like garbage! She did a terrible baliage on my teenage daughter two years ago; looked like I did it with a paint brush and my eyes closed. She came home crying after spending $300+ on it and seeing how bad it really was. I called and asked if it could be fixed by just making it all dark. I didn't want my daughter to have to feel embarrassed. We actually paid to have her hair colored to a single color to correct the mess. Fine, problem solved, or so we thought. Today, my daughter walks in and asks to have some small pieces on the underside of her hair lightened as much as possible for prom. Megan proceeds to tell her that's not possible because it will take ten years for her hair to grow out because she is always dying it black. Not to mention she is a liability because she changes her mind about everything. Apparently her hair won't lighten and anyone who says it will knows nothing about hair. But, if she could do it, it would cost upwards of $400. What she did offer was human hair extensions that would start at $700. My 17-year-old is very non confrontational but was appalled at the treatment and very aware she was being scammed. I will never utter a good word about this place again. If you decide to go... Then when I randomly change my mind and decide to go pink, purple or darker she's talented enough to always give me the hair I want! Although I usually keep my hair longer she has always done an amazing job when I decide to change it up add in layers! I finally got to visit the new place today and it's absolutely beautiful, welcoming and comfortable! I once again left with a new style and I'm super happy with it!
