All the staff there seems to be cutting edge on the newest techniques and products. All 3 of my sisters go there, and with my longer hair I haven't been able to trust anyone else. Every time I go I wind up with a different girl cutting my hair and every single one of them has been fantastic. And they are always so nice and friendly. They accept walk-ins - YAY - because I can never get my act together enough to make an appointment there, but they always manage to squeeze me in and I'm always happy with the hair cut. I just can't believe a place this good is hidden in Port - this is like a big city quality salon.

Let me start by saying I never leave negative reviews, but this is a review years in the making…read more.. Megan treats customers like garbage! She did a terrible baliage on my teenage daughter two years ago; looked like I did it with a paint brush and my eyes closed. She came home crying after spending $300+ on it and seeing how bad it really was. I called and asked if it could be fixed by just making it all dark. I didn't want my daughter to have to feel embarrassed. We actually paid to have her hair colored to a single color to correct the mess. Fine, problem solved, or so we thought. Today, my daughter walks in and asks to have some small pieces on the underside of her hair lightened as much as possible for prom. Megan proceeds to tell her that's not possible because it will take ten years for her hair to grow out because she is always dying it black. Not to mention she is a liability because she changes her mind about everything. Apparently her hair won't lighten and anyone who says it will knows nothing about hair. But, if she could do it, it would cost upwards of $400. What she did offer was human hair extensions that would start at $700. My 17-year-old is very non confrontational but was appalled at the treatment and very aware she was being scammed. I will never utter a good word about this place again. If you decide to go... Good luck!
