My husband and I have been in need of pedicures and we noticed this place next to Tropical Smoothie Cafe when went to get smoothies and decided to give it a shot since our usual place in Odessa is really busy with it being Spring Break. First of all, it is gorgeous when you walk in. Very clean and classic. And everyone was really welcoming and happy to help us! They also had a wider selection of nail polish colors than I've seen before with additional brands too! They also have additional pedicure packages available for reasonable prices considering ALL that they come with! My husband basically does pedicures for ingrown toenail prevention and maintenance so he went with the basic pedicure option and no polish. He loved his pedicure and said they did a great job and he was also really relaxed - especially since they have the BEST massage chairs ever!!!! His pedicure was around $37 + tax and tip. I, on the other hand, did the Rose Petal Pedicure. Honey - it is LIFE CHANGING!!! They literally massage you with fresh orange and lime slices and massage your legs with fresh milk poured on you. And that's just a fraction of it! He even put dissolving pink hearts in my water and exfoliated me with rose scrub that smelled incredible! The combo of the hot paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and divine massage chair has me in the most relaxed state of my entire life! And the price was totally fair at $55 + tax and tip! Unlike my husband, I DID opt in for nail color because, well, yeah, and he saw what color I chose and asked if he could suggest a slightly different color that would match my skin tone better. I went with his suggestion and WOW! My toes look SO good!!! I found my new favorite place for sure!!!! read more

Charged me extra for arriving an hour before they close, nails only lasted a week..not worth it, I DO NOT RECOMMEND for a simple,one color, short nail set I expected way more especially getting charges 65$. Amazing artists in a comfortable and welcoming setting. I once showed them a picture of Eddie Van Halens guitar (the frankenstrat) And even though they've never seen the guitar before they did an incredible job of recreating the artwork on my nails. And on another occasion I showed a pic of a marbeling effect and the artist captured my idea perfectly read more

Literally my favorite nail salon. Very accommodating and the color selection is the best in town. Extremely clean and prices aren't ridiculous. My ONLY complaint.. it's always 75-76 degrees inside. (At least that's what it says on the thermostat.) Both of my nail techs were sweating and so was I! It has been like that the last two times I went in. This past time I said something it came down one degree. I overheard a couple of other people talking about it as well. Other than being miserably warm while trying to get my nails done for Mother's Day, it's a great salon. ^^^ that was my review May 15th. I have since been back twice. But today was the worst. The guy who did my pedicure was awesome and did exactly as I asked. Holly who did my nails this time around was rude, not only to me but the girl who was next to me. Told both of us that you can only pick one of the holographic colors, that if I didn't like it she wasn't going to take it off and try another. Well, seeing as there are 4 different 'whites', I don't see that as very realistic. Also, they weren't near as busy as I've seen it on the weekend. After that, I got charged $25 ON TOP OF the $45 pedicure for adding shellac on my toes. $35 for a fill and an additional $25 for getting shellac on my nails and another $10 for getting the holographic on the tip. Instead of telling people they couldn't accommodate them, they overbooked people. Clients were waiting close to an hour before getting started (without being told) and some even left the location due to high wait times. After paying $62 for their jelly pedicure I expected a decent amount of time, but instead had a pedicure that was shorter than their signature pedi. It seemed like they had other people on staff who did a much better job, however, I will not be returning. The paint job was one of the worst I've had and did not meet my expectations whatsoever. My friend's nails were ripped during her manicure. Overall, just a bad experience. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I never put reviews like this but I'm sick of this place. Twice now they tried to upcharge me . Last time it was $50 and today it was $20. I did not pay the extra money I was very nice and she was completely rude . I chose the $37 pedicure and then they wanted to charge me $60. I said "no ma'am I chose the $37" i pointed it to her and told her. The lady was rude and gave me a dirty look and said "well she did the massage and the lime" like sorry did I ask for all that? If it wasn't in the package I chose then do not do it. I don't feel bad for standing up for myself . Not only did they try to up charge me AGAIN. she did a TERRIBLE JOB! my big toe is already chipped off in only an hour, my little toe is completely smear off, and has paint allll over my both feet and shoes. this is the worst place and I'm so upset I came back after the first time. Tried to upcharge me $50 for no reason and gave me dirty looks the whole time. when I was nothing but nice. Went here on Monday evening with my daughter & 2 nieces, what a mistake. The lady doing my daughters pedi kept cutting her while clipping her cuticles, so much that my daughter finally told her not to do anything else but paint her nails. The lady who did mine clipped my big toe way to far back on the side & now it's red, sore & getting an infection. My manicure isn't much better, she didn't listen when I told her what shape I wanted, she left them very rough across the top & the polish doesn't even go all the way to the edges of my fingers. My nieces pedi was incomplete, she asked for the same one we got but they didn't do most of the stuff & the lady doing her nails was so rude when my niece was trying to tell her how she wanted her nails shaped the lady told her that she knew how to do it. She also didn't want to paint my nieces nails because she had French tips on them but my niece wanted them painted & had picked a color that would cover the French tips. Second time there. Not very friendly wouldn't even look me in the eye. Tried to talk to the gentleman on duty as he helped me solve a problem I had last time I was in. This time he was dismissive and said he had never spoken to me. All I wanted to do was thank him. The girl that did my feet was hurried and rough. I had such a good experience my first few visits at the place, probably because they were new and wanted to build business. However the last few visits have been terrible. It's unfortunate considering the number of people I have recommended to this place, who I will begin to inform that they should go elsewhere. Considering that this place is a salon, there shouldn't be employees sleeping in the pedicure chairs or lounging in the chairs and playing on their phones. I'm constantly being greeted harshly as if my business is not a privilege. My last appointment solidified that it would in fact be my last time ever attending the establishment. I frequented this place so much I was able to max out the stamps on the business card to get a discount on my 11th visit. Needless to say the lady that did my nails wasn't very happy about having a discounted appointment. After taking my credit card, she doesn't hand it to me, instead she throws it across the counter top towards me. It's moments like this that has you reconsidering if you should ignore it or act out. I decide the former, left my normal tip of 20% regardless of her behavior, and knew that I would never return; knowing that anyone associated with me would be highly recommended not to return. I have never in my life come out of a nail salon mad! Worst place ever!!!!! Not only do they not understand one thing you say they make you feel like you are inconviencing them. Took my grand daughter and they acted like she was bothering them even though she got a mani and pedi also. Did horrible job on painting my nail, then the man that was doing my pedi had my hand and was showing it to 3 of his co-workers talking about them saying something about dipped and being sarcastic. Very unprofessional. At the pedicure table he sat me down to a dirty table, had someone else's nail clippings and nail particles on the towel then went to get a brush from someone else I'm not sure was clean! I have only been there twice but they are not consistent with their prices. I just get my nails painted with shellac no manicure or anything. The one guy charged me $20 and then the next time a girl charged me $35 for just a polish?! And both times they just peeled off in less than a week. read more

This was my third time to visit the salon. First two times were great. Yesterday was very disappointing. We went in about 3:30 and had to wait a bit, but that is understandable since it was Saturday afternoon. Once we were with the technician, I understood the wait. There was a movie playing on the TV and during our entire experience the technicians were watching the movie and at times were so engrossed in the movie they stopped working on our pedicure. Very frustrating. They visited with each other about the movie, totally ignoring us. At the end of my pedicure the young lady ask "do you like the color". This was a special day for us, my niece is getting married next weekend and I feel like they spoiled our experience. Not sure we will return. The salon is wonderful, the help not so much read more
