The guy got up from the chair & asked me to sit down. He was ok and the pedicure was mediocre. About 30 minutes into my pedicure two women walked in the door that did not look like me and she was VERY friendly And asked how she could assist them. Her approach with them and myself were totally different. I advised her that I didn't want gel polish bc I feel as if it isn't good for your nails, not that I couldn't afford it. I am unsure if this was her reasoning behind her dry behavior & lackluster voice or not. Either way, I will not be back ever again. This was my first & last time. I will not give the shop two stars because the other employees seemed to be engaged in conversation with the other clients in the shop.

And, if you want to just enjoy the services and are quiet, they are brisk and efficient too and respect your "quiet time". When they are busy, you may have to wait...but they will get to you. They keep their attention on their current client and i respect and enjoy that. Also nice is the space inside. Many nail salons have many claustrophobic stations shoved together to maximize space...but you have a very comfortable amount of room here. Also, its always spotless in here!

He pulled on my arm and fingers over and over again, saying "Relax" and he didn't have the cushion that allows your arm to rest, so it was very uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my fingers and it's very hard for me to "relax" my fingers. I told him that, but it didn't seem like he was concerned. The other staff is always kind, but this will be my last time to visit. I asked for my nails to be trimmed and he cut them down very short also. Very Overpriced for the service I received today. Disappointed to say the least.

The young lady doing my pedicure did a fantastic job! Here's where it went bad, they drilled my gel off my fingers instead of soaking it. Making my nailbeds hot and sensitive. The polish job looks like an amateur painted them. There's polish on my skin, two crooked nails and I had to ask them to smooth them out when they were done. I'd barely call it a polish change let alone a manicure. No lotion, no cuticle trimming, they did file them. They look terrible, one nail the polish is already coming off a few other the polish is smudged and not well done at all. I won't go back for them to fix it because I don't want it drilled off (so soon) and further damaging my nails.
