Was so excited about getting a pedicure! Finally had an off day and was able to come get one. Well we paid extra for the deluxe and my feet didn't get rubbed at all, my big toes were cut so deep they hurt and I'm gonna get ingrown nails now, they are crooked. It was the worst experience I've ever had!!! read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I am completely grossed out. I went in to get a full set done and it looked ok at first. I tipped $20. I needed a fill in within a week and a half (which is ridiculous) but I went back in for a fill in. About a week later my nails start turning a greenish color underneath. I am so grossed out that I soaked them in acetone to get them off before my other nails started to turn or the rest of the others. I work really hard for my money and I am really disappointed in this place. I hope to save someone else, who breaks there back for a living their hard earned money. I've never had something like this happen to me. Yuck. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I'm from Texas and apparently we do things quite different. 1.Steve who is a co owner mind you, is not only rude he's rough and started working on another girl before he even put a top coat on me. 2. I had to pick up and move about three times because they switched techs or put me to the side in the middle of my service. 3. They are in the stone ages as far as nail trends go. I always get color powder and all they had was dip. I asked for a sharp coffin shaped nail. Simple.....apparently not. I even showed a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted! Then was charged an extra 5 for the "file down".......really. Honestly. 4. They didn't use pedicure bowl liners, they just half ass scrub it out with a dish washing brush......can you say bacteria and infection! 5. When I went to wash my hands the had ONE nail brush.....ONE! Again.....bacteria, Infection, nail fungus, and frankly nasty. 6. I told him I wanted a manicure and got about three loose skin spots sniped and he charged 15 for it. 7. The wife/ co owner stopped the first time in the middle of my service to go give her daughter a very loud spanking......if you're running a professional business find care for your children, especially if you have a sign that says please keep all children attended! This was probably the worst service I've EVER received at a nail salon! So bad that I made an appointment with my regular nail guy back home in front of the techs. read more

Got a fill and gel nail polish Saturday morning, of which I waited an hour and 45 minutes to get after being told the wait was only 40 min. The fill is fine the gel nail polish began peeling off that evening. By Sunday 4 nails had peeled off. They were closed Sunday along with Monday and Tuesday due to holiday by Wednesday all but 3 nails peeled so I decided to just peel off the remaining 3 and polish them myself. My polish lasts longer than their gel. Very disappointed!!! read more

First time to visit this place and I won't go back! The female who did my pedicure made my right great toe bleed badly. Their polish is thinned out way too much! The next morning after I put on closed toe shoes, the polish flaked off! They did not clean the foot bath after my use.Don't waste your money and risk your health going to this place! read more

I have always had my nails done either mani or full sets. They are rude. Rough and loud! They will stop working on you to have a full conversation with other workers! They left polish on the sides of my nails and under them! Once she started preparing my nails for a full set I knew I made a mistake. She cut me several times and made several nails longer than the others...I thought to myself surely she will file them down to match. NOPE. When I asked her to fix them she laughed and started painting my nails..then charged me 45 for a set...with color polish....never will I go back! read more

I was a loyal customer and spent hundreds of dollars in this salon. I stopped going a few years ago because customer service started slacking and they charged me full price for an apprentice to do my nails and I was never happy. I recently came back to visit my family, and needed my nails done for an engagement photo session. My sister and I walked-in Steve (Co-Owner) greeted my sister but not me. We told him that we wanted him to do our nails. He still tried to push me off on an apprentice. After I told him that I would rather wait for him, he informed me that someone was ahead me and I said that is fine. He called my sister first, did half of her manicure and pushed her off on someone else. He then finished the person ahead me completely and called another person who walked-in after me and told me it would be a few more minutes after I had already waited 1 hour. I went A Nail Shop II next to Publix, after I told Steve that I was leaving. I only waited 10 minutes for Jack (and only Jack) to do my nails and customer service is lightyears ahead of JS Nails. I will never recommend JS nails to a friend. read more
