My home hasn't felt this clean in forever, and I truly wish I'd done this sooner. It's affordable for the size of our home and went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend if home cleaning services are something you've been debating and can fit in your budget. Money well spent. I already feel so much lighter. Thank you, Yenny and team!

He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

With multiple pets running around, the place definitely needed some extra love, and they got it done! The team worked steadily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (taking just a quick half-hour lunch break). They washed all the windows, scrubbed the tile floors, cleaned the oven, washed the walls, vacuumed, dusted, and even got into all the baseboards. The house is completely sparkling and smells amazing! They started out with a crew of four, though one of the cleaners did have to leave midway through the job. The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service unless they seriously step up their quality and attention to detail.
