I am coordinating my daughter's 1st birthday party from Washington State and the manager, Bernie, has been so responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. I have had to call to make changes to my reservation twice and, while firm, he has been willing to help me.. I am very grateful because it isn't easy planning a party from a different state, but it makes things much easier when I'm working with a company that seems to value my time as well. If you are planning a party in the Los Angeles area, I strongly encourage you to book with them.

Terrible experience from start to finish…read more The customer service was awful, and the people on the phone were incredibly rude. Using the F-word while speaking to a customer seemed completely normal to them, which was shocking and highly unprofessional. In the end, nothing worked out with this company - and honestly, we're very happy it didn't. My advice: read the reviews carefully before doing business with companies like this. My mistake was rushing into it without taking the time to research them properly. Lesson learned.

I ordered a 10x40 large draped tent and they initially did not have the color I was wanting for the draping however they were happy to order it for me and did so. The tent came with chandeliers that were beautiful and added a nice touch to the finished look. Additionally the linens and chairs I ordered were in great condition and very well taken care of. Party llama rentals was on time for the expected drop off and pick up times of their items which I appreciate during a very busy week of planning and running around. I will continue to rent items from them for any future events that I may have and am a lifelong customer. Thank you party llama rentals!

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would! The…read morecustomer service from this company has been extremely disappointing. The woman who answers the phone (owner)is unprofessional, dismissive, and, based on other reviews I've read, unfortunately this does not seem to be an isolated experience. I have emails documenting that I repeatedly asked for linens, and my request was acknowledged on the first email back in August. Then again I contact them to add to my order in September. when I was sent the final invoice. I questioned her where are the linens and she directly ignores the statement and answers the other question. I will be attaching those emails so there is no confusion about what was requested. When I finally addressed the issue over the phone, instead of acknowledging that my request had been overlooked, she tried to deflect by saying, "Well, I did everything else on your email." That is not how you provide good customer service. If something was missed, simply acknowledge it and take responsibility rather than twisting the conversation or making excuses. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would never use this company again and absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and have their requests taken seriously.

York Blvd has literally, I kid you not, 231 party rental shops. I know, I counted them. The only thing that outnumbers them are the low cost insurance places. I don't plan on having a bunch of people at our house again anytime soon, but should we ever need 10 square tables, 80 chairs , balloons and some tablecloths I won't hesitate to use Juniors.
