My experience with Dan, and the team at Sky Island Inspections was amazing. I looked into 4 or 5 home inspection companies, and contacted three. Dan responded on a weekend when the business was closed. His team contacted me on Monday and set up an appointment to inspect the home the following Monday. The staff explained the pricing, and it was very reasonable. No one pressured me to purchase add ons, but did explain them completely. Dan, (the owner) arrived 15 minutes early and did a VERY thorough job inspecting the home, and took time to educate along the way. The completed report was emailed to me within a few hours, and the pictures that accompanied the report were perfect.
