I wanted maintenance and the bangs out of my eyes. But, I left with a totally different drastically shorter hairstyle that I didn't request. I even specifically told the stylist not to cut the sides since the stiffness of my hair causes it to stick out unless it's long enough to comb back. As you can see from the pic - the sides were cut and now stick-out. The pic also shows that the back is also awkwardly squared-off. So, I'm forced to find another stylist to fix what was done (which will sadly cause me to have an even shorter cut). I estimate it will take 3-4 months to grow back the damage done. My guess is that if you have very short hair that needs periodic maintenance, or, if you want that luxurious barbershop shave and men's spa vibe. This might be a great spot for you. They also have an entire section for mani/pedis that look super comfortable for dudes. So there's that too. But, I can't say it's a place where you'll get the cut you ask for.

I've been to this location twice and seen two different stylists and haven't been impressed by the results. Most recently I had a trim and chose not to have it dried because I had another appointment afterward. Well, as soon as I dried my hair I found that it was choppy and uneven. We arrived a few minutes early and were greeted by our stylist Anna and Alexis, who reviewed the look books with us to see what style we wanted. The shampoo was great and the 10 minute head massage was heavenly! The music playing was upbeat and pop-py and the whole experience was great. We will definitely be returning upon our next visit to Disney!
