When I first moved to this area I went to every vape shop around here but settled on this one because they have a HUGE selection of e-juice, mods, batteries, charges and other accessories. Prices are great and they always have sales, promotions and specials, plus a very useful rewards program. Recently I bought a squank mod there, my first of this kind, and Alex (this very humble supermodel looking girl) took the extra time to help me set up the coils and cotton as I've never done it before, she was really great explaining the whole process, all the people that work there are courteous and very knowledgeable..A while after getting this mod I had an issue with the bottle in it (not their fault) and they quickly replaced the whole mod no questions asked..Great customer service, that's how you create customer loyalty, and even during this pandemic they are still taking care of their customers through quick deliveries and via mail..I will not visit another vape shop as long as these guys are around...Definitely Recommend read more

I was a bit skeptic my first time coming in. I've heard nothing but good about this place but finding somewhere that truly has good flavors is actually a decent feat these days. I've tried multiple different businesses and sky castle is by far superior in every single way. The staff is inviting and friendly to beginners and understand the needs and wants for veterans and advanced vape users. Being a little more on the experienced side of things I had them build me an impossible coil for my RDA, they built quickly, and with the hands of a surgeon. Yinuo(enuw) and Ming are super helpful and employees and the main reason I refuse to go anywhere else. This isn't just a business, it's a lifestyle; and also this is a place you can get away and just hang out with awesome people. Prices are fair and premium juice selection is massive! I've been buying disposables from multiple different stores for a while now. I would just go to the nearest vape shop while running an errand and one time it just happened to be sky castle. I was amazed at the wide variety of disposables they had and the knowledge about all kinds of pod systems and e-liquids. I have been going the past few weeks and I honestly don't think I could go anywhere else this place is THE BEST. If the merchandise wasn't enough, they also have a great rewards system and excellent staff to supplement it. I bought another disposable from there and it wasn't quite working properly, so I called in and they welcomed me back and hooked me up with one that was working. Stopped by into Sky Castle Vape for the first time in search for a Mutation X V2 RDA. I was greeted by Sam, and showed me what I was looking for, along with the rest of their high quality products and juices. He built the coils onto the RDA for me, and did it with outmost precision and quality. I've never had a build done so well, and I'm very satisfied with it! They recently introduced a new ejuice line "Beard Vape Co." and invited everyone for its sampling and several giveaways. It was fun to be a part of and definitely a unique experience! If zero stars was an option I'd pick that. Coming from an employee over 4 years, shop literally anywhere else. The owner is a shady drug addict who loves popping pills on the clock, sexually harassing customers, and abusing his employees, oh and not to mention ripping off lifetime customers. Don't even bother signing up for rewards as they'll increase the amount of points required and reduce the total discount given. Half of the ejuice's are 5+ years old, coils bought from whoever sells them the absolute cheapest regardless of authenticity, disposables...don't even get me started. Oh, he also refuses to provide tax info and when you try he will block your numbers and say "I'm not required to talk to you". Went to the Clearwater local yesterday. Never been anywhere else for juice. Usually go to LJ. However, I need 3mg & LJ doesn't carry them & the corp office said they won't. I tried this place out after some Google magic (& a suggestion from my bro-in-law). The gentleman at the store was very nice & helpful. Really seemed to know what he was talking about (or is a rather decent actor. lol). ;p He suggested the sour strawberry (most popular flavor). It is great! Very happy with the product and taste. They've got a huge selection of juice along with great customer service. It seems every time I come in there's a new juice on the shelf ready for me to try. The environment itself is pretty relaxing, they've always got good tunes playing on the TV which adds a lot of personality to the shop. We went to the shop to get tobacco flavor the staff was very nice, professional and helpful. They even changed out my liquid without any charge.
