I thoroughly explained what I wanted and did not want regarding my cut, it was not a big deal, couple of inches shorter was what I wanted. Stylist said she'd take a little off at a time and see if I wanted more off. Weird. After almost 1.5 hours, I told her the back was longer than the front (which was what I did not want), but she said that it would take too long to make it even. In her words, "it's no big deal." She was getting her things ready to leave for the day...

If I am paying that much money for my hair, I should not have to wait for it to lighten in the sun to achieve the look I was going for. The owner Liz refused to refund my money when I kindly pleaded with her that I was not happy and then she proceeded to yell at me when I stood my ground, saying "she would come after me if I said anything bad about her salon."
