He listened carefully to my issues, then evaluated my posture and my gait, followed by gently working on my lower back and legs, as well as making spinal adjustments to my neck. He was professional and friendly throughout the office visit. Among other things, I appreciated that he really listened and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable as he massaged and made adjustments. He warned me that I would experience muscle soreness over the next few days, and I did, although it was not debilitating. Most importantly, I experienced about 80% pain relief within twenty-four hours, and I still feel good and strong four days after seeing Dr. Martin. I would highly recommend him as an excellent chiropractor.

Dr. Russell Charno is by far, the best chiropractor I have every been to. He spends a lot of time with you in the sessions, he has tremendous knowledge (from bones and muscles, to fitness and wellness), he has a calm and soothing demeanor, he genuinely cares about you and your well-being, and most of all one has the utmost trust in him to do things like adjust your neck. As a Functional Chiropractor he brings so much more to the table than one will often get at your average chiropractor. I have MS, scoliosis, and a lot of wear and tear from being a gymnastics coach for many years. Needless to say, I have a lot of issues. Dr. Charno has not only met my challenges with ease, but has changed my life. Because of him I am no longer in constant pain. I even stopped having to use a cane since seeing him regularly. If I ever have to move, I hope it is commutable to Rhinebeck so that I can forever see Dr. Russell Charno for chiropractic care.

I was fortunate to stay in the area this past Summer for 2.5 months…read more Dr Marc was an unexpected blessing! When the student is ready, the teacher appears :) I have been living with chronic illness and some significant injuries for decades. In working with excellent chiroprators for 10 years, my overall health and specific areas of concern have gotten markedly better. Dr Marc leveraged this work and Really helped me make relatively quick turns: - A giant positive shift in my overall health & energy: ability to work, move & play, More! - More comfort, ease and usability in my lower back/ hips, knees and shoulders. - Shifts in my posture to look, feel, and be more operationally useful - shifts I wanted, but hadn't been able to make. - As well as amazing soul shifts into a more consistently delicious inner-expereince - more bliss, light, love... which is of course Golden. . The first thing I noticed about Dr Marc was his amazing generosity and open-heartedness, while helping me feel safe with comfortable boundaries. He really gives 200% on a regular basis! Eventually I realized the depth and breadth of his work - and trusted him to help me allow shift in some very tender areas - places in my body (deeply emotional with tauama & also abuse) that I've experienced as painful and vulnerable for many decades. I am very grateful for his contribution to my life, and for the healing presence he is in our world. _ Wendy

I was having balance issues and my doctor referred me to Kingston Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab…read more Therapy began about 10 weeks ago. First of all, PLENTY of parking in the Hannaford Plaza shopping location. Dedicated spaces with signage for Physical Therapy clients just steps from the front doors. When you walk in you're greeted by a receptionist who asks your name and the Physical Therapist you will be working with that day. There are a number of therapists and, based on your needs, one of them will be YOURS for the entirety of the course of treatment. I was fortunate to be assigned to Dr Sarah Prizzia. She's well educated in all things muscular and skeletal and extremely personable. I had fallen from a step ladder, landing flat on my buttocks. I was in pain because I had compressed one of my lower vertebrae on my spine as a consequence of the fall. The muscles in my abdomen, buttocks and each leg needed to be loosed up - stretched - in order to strengthen and coordinate those muscles used to walk steadily, safely and support my body. My goal was to feel that I could stand, walk and climb steps with confidence and stability. Today, I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Dr Prizzia gave me several printed pages intermittently during my 10 weeks so I can continue with the same exercises at home. Maintaining what we accomplished together with her guidance is essential to stay healthy and limber. My sessions were approximately 45 minutes long. I felt stronger with each visit. Yesterday, I traveled to NYC by Metro North and MTA subway with lots of walking, stair climbing, navigating busy street . At one point I realized, I was ambulatory without a cane and pain free. Yes, I was tired when I got home but pleasantly surprised that trip had been precarious, slower and painful 10 weeks earlier and yesterday it was a joy! Thank you, Dr. Prizzia, Kim and the support staff for their professionalism and commitment to a positive experience for all Patients. Excellent!

I wish that had been made more clear on the phone. I talked to you. Me: Wow, you just popped out of noowhere. Receptionist #2: (Irate, defensive) I did make it clear to you.
