We dropped in on spec and I was impressed by the layout, cleanliness and friendly staff. There was no pushy salesman in our face, they greeted us after a while browsing and left us along to take a look around. We agreed a test drive there and then. The salesman who served us was new to the job, but was very professional and I was glad to see that if he was unsure about something, he took the time to go check, rather than just giving us an answer he thought would suit. We decided to buy the car but unfortunately were turned down for the finance. The salesman was great, trying everything possible to help us out. A few months later, we got the finance sorted out and went back to them. I got a different salesman this time, but again, really friendly and not at all pushy, something I always expected from the bad press car salesmen tend to receive. Everything went through beautifully and I'm delighted with my car and the service I received.

I bought a car from Union motors almost a year ago, the car it self is a great motor…read more The problem is that Union Motors don't keep their promises, every car sold comes with 6 months road tax, my car had two months left from the previous owner, we agreed that union motors would pay the 6 months road tax once that had run out. A year later after one letter , 3 emails , and several phone calls I am still waiting on them keeping their promise. I would advise anybody dealing with them to get the deals / cash from them on the day they pay for the car as they don't hold their part of the deal. Stay away if you expect any aftercare.
