The bed is relaxing when I have to lay there for the numbing cream to work its magic (basically a free 1 hr nap) hehe. The whole procedure itself is about 3 out of 5 in terms of pain level. Afterwards, there is tingling and dryness that can last for a couple days. I saw great results after the first time, and then went in for a second session. The aesthetician stated she would go a bit deeper into the skin the second time for better results. I asked her to concentrate on the nose area, but I feel that she focused more on the forehead and cheeks. The second time, my pores did not see much improvement. However, overall my skin does look more hydrated and smoother when I put on my makeup. The third session was a lot better, and overall I'm happy with my results and think it's worthwhile to try if you want to improve your skin's overall appearance and brightening effect. The peeling phase also didn't occur the third time, maybe my skin adjusted to the procedure. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable and at home.
