I went twice and didn't receive a lash bath or primer at the beginning of my first appointment, but i charged it to the game because i liked the way the set looked and she let me know at the beginning of my appointment that she had run out of lash bath. 2wks later came in for a fill and none of my outgrown lashes were removed, and again recieved no lash bath or primer at my appointment. Lashes we're not isolated properly at alll and my lashes were coming out in clumps and was sooo painful, taking my natural lashes with EVERY fan that had fallen out. The retention was bad as well, my right eye was bald by day 14 likely as a result of rubbing and watering from the irritation caused by sed lack of isolation and the lashes being placed directly onto my lash line. Ive literally never posted a review but i feel obligated considering how bad the experience has been to save others from dealing with what i did.

The day of my appt she texts me and asks if i can still make it to 12:30p. (well yeah duh thats MY appt) 45 mins before service she texts me she needed to push my appt for 12:45p which i strictly said I couldn't as I already had a diff appt booked for 2pm. Ignores me of course... She then returns my call and acts as if she misunderstood my msg. My msg was clear as day that i couldnt do 12:45. She proceeds to laugh and blame it on her clients and just hung up on me. Welp, how about you give a limit for any late appts so it doesn't affect your other clients. unprofessional, not interested in supporting her business at all.
