We use to come in and they would be very friendly and welcoming. We just came in and they seemed like we were being a disruption of their day. They lady who "helped" us was rude. Our lane broke half way through our game and we went to ask for assistance. As we started talking to the lady she walked away from us and didn't change anything. We then had to go find a different employee to help us. Toward the end of our experience a employee came over and rudely (hands extended) said " do you really have to use the 8 ball?! Do you even know, that will break" rolled his eyes and walked away. Behind our back (about 15 feet away) he proceeded to have a conversation about our table. I was definitely cheering for the pack once I found this out. They also had very cheap $5 pitchers.
