I've gone to other clinics and spent tons of money for temporary results and when i mean tons of money i mean $1000 or more for each treatment . But when i went to skintelligence the treatment was at a very reasonable price and the results were AMAZING! And permanent. Everyone is super nice and always welcoming. Fraxel laser is very painful and Teresa always tried her best to help me cope with the pain. I haven't been there in a while but I definitely do plan on going back for my 3rd treatment. read more

She took her time, asked me the right questions to familiarize herself with my skin and routine, and then proceeded to start the facial. The best part of the facial was that at the end there was no pressure to buy a single item. As a 25 year old, pretty big guy- I was not excited to walk into this medical office. But only to my surprise, as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed. I went to Roxana to get a facial to clean up some acne that I have been dealing with for most of my life. She is very laid backed but super informative and didn't give me too many steps to help me improve my skin. My skin looks great. I have also been to Ranjeet for a sports massage and never felt better. A little sore but that normal. Anyways this place is great and I will def be back. read more

I went to Skintelligence for a massage with Ranjeet because I was having arm pain that would not go away and I had heard such good things about her. My Chiropractor told me it was my Deltoid so I stopped doing upper body workouts and was really careful for a month. The trainer at my gym suggested a massage. I went to see Ranjeet and after moving me around and asking questions, she suggested it might be my rotator cuff and suggested I see a doctor and get an MRI. I went to an orthopedic who also decided it was my deltoid. When I suggested my rotator cuff, he dismissed it, but did agree to an MRI. Well, we found out that it was my rotator cuff after all. I recently went to her beautiful salon for Botox, and at the last minute, was able to get a massage from Rhonda. It was excellent. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good place to make my go to for aesthetic treatments. After the excellent Yelp reviews I gave it a try. I scheduled a facial. It was fine, it included microdermabrasion and extractions with Natalie. Later we scheduled an IPL session. Two weeks later I get a call from Skintelligence giving me a different date for my appointment, telling me I scheduled a procedure I hadn't. After several calls the confusion was clarified. I was told the scheduling staff was new and I shared my name with someone else. Fine, no problem, anyone can make that mistake. I scheduled a second IPL treatment only to have it rescheduled a lot later than I originally planned, a month later. Okay. Then the scheduling employee calls me to remind me of my facial however, I never scheduled for a facial. She then asks if I want a facial. I declined. Recently I was contacted again to reschedule my second IPL appointment citing a scheduling conflict. I decided to cancel my appointment permanently and keep searching for the right spa. If I stick to this place I'll never get a treatment since the scheduling is such an issue or I'd have to continually re-arrange my schedule to meet their needs. Unless your schedule is very fluid save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

My daughter is 15 years old and has teenage acne. I have been taking her to a dermatologist and she is on topical medication along with antibiotics. It was helping but the acne was still persistent. The dermatologist wanted to put her on hormones and then the next step was Acutane. I was on Acutane and it helped me but I wanted to use Acutane as a last resort. I talked with my sister who is a pharmacist and she recommended going to a reputable spa to get an acne facial for my daughter. So I found Skintelligence in Vienna. My daughter saw Natalie and at our first appointment Natalie said she could clear up her skin in 5 treatments. You know what she did! My daughter's acne is so much better in fact we are just going to go now if she has a breakout. Natalie is so knowledgeable, knows how to relate to teens and parents. She would recommend the Skintelligence line and we bought their products but she also recommended products you can get at Target and Ulta. My daughter was also very good about doing what Natalie said to do at home in between visits. Since going to Natalie my daughter's face is looking wonderful and we trust her totally! The thing we loved about Natalie is that she would not just recommend only Skintelligence but other products too. I really like Skintelligence! I've seen Theresa for the IPL photofacial to lighten my melasma and she was great. I wasn't happy with the initial results and I called to discuss with her and she asked me to come back to try another pass on it. I'm a perfectionist and she was very patient with me and I appreciated that. It worked the second time too. I also had botox and she was very gentle and it was perfect, no problems, and very natural looking. The pricing is affordable. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, but rather paying for a product and being taken care of. Skintelligence is simply WONDERFUL!! I've been going to Theresa for a couple years for laser hair removal. Before coming here I wouldn't even leave the house without a full face of makeup on and a scarf wrapped around my neck to try to somewhat hide all of my facial hair issues. Theresa, who is also a registered nurse was able to explain to me that a combination of things was causing all of my facial hair (ethnicity, hormones, former hair removal treatments, etc). She is always extremely informative, patient, and all about helping you achieve your goals. When it comes to skin, Kim is the master! Another, registered nurse, I go to Kim for something called sublative rejuvenation. Even at 25 I get acne, had dark spots, and REALLY bad scarring from all of my previous hair removal failures. My wife was really disappointed with her appointment today and it was the worse time spent. We are military people and she was looking for someone to do a procedure on her face and someone recommended Dr. Black, when my wife called TERESA told my wife that Dr. Black only rents a room from us and that she(TERESA) could help me in what my wife was looking for. When she got to her appointments, which took her one hour and 20 minutes to get there, She felt that TERESA treated her differently from the other people walking in, she felt that she was discriminated in a couple ways. She asked my wife if the client that just walked in after her could go ahead of my wife and my wife said no because she was ready for her appointment. Once she got my wife in the room, she felt that she did not give the attention that a new client disserve. In addition, TERESA told my wife that there is no help for her concern and that she could go back to the previous Doctor. TERESA did not show any interest in helping my wife. I don't recommend this place to anyone even with all the reviews that it has. read more

This is my favorite getaway in Vienna! I first started going here to get Laser Hair Removal; I was tired of the normal shaving routine and had been looking into the service for awhile. Their office is so nice and calming the moment you walk in, makes you feel like you're at an actual Spa. I absolutely love the Laser Hair Removal treatment and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. i had about six sessions done and the price was very reasonable. I usually go back twice a year now to see Teresa for maintenance sessions. After going there for awhile, Teresa recommended me to Mali for facials. I tend to break out randomly and had been wanting to get a facial to see what it was like. I absolutely love Mali's facials. She is amazing at what she does and I am always more than happy walking out. I can definitely see a difference in my skin and refuse to not get treatments from her now. My mom, sister, and best friend also all see Mali and they love her just as much as I do. She recently won an award from Allure Magazine and her work proves that she deserved it.
