Despite being many states away from what we're used to, this Fuddruckers was basically no different than my recollections. The food was pretty darn good! Everything came out hot and freshly made, including the fries. I don't remember the buns being as tasty as these were, though. And they stood up to the burgers way better than I remember! Toppings bar is always a plus, and this one was fresh and well-stocked. When the ketchup ran out, a team member had it replaced within mere minutes. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The interior could definitely use some TLC, including most of the tables, chairs, and booths. It was also darker in the main dining area, and I'm not sure if lights were out or if that's just how it's designed. That said, it was still a welcomed stop on a long drive for a great burger and solid fries. I'd definitely stop again if I'm in the vicinity!

I asked her about my order, she said that they had not received it. I showed her the confirmation email I received, and the screenshot of my order and she rudely said " I don't have my glasses on I can't see that". That infuriated me. I mean really go get them then. Poor management and even with every information and proof I showed her of my order she still would not fill it until it came through and I was supposed to be picking it up at 2:45 and here it is 2:39 and my order hasn't came through yet. So in 6 minutes I'm supposed to have my order and walking out the door. What if the store was extremely busy at this time and they had 6 minutes to get me my order when it was placed online at 2:17? The system needs some improvements and the management needs a new attitude! That is not the way she should have handled it!! So unprofessional and rude! Sad sad sad.

I was glad that this Subway location was in walking distance from my hotel. And a theater showing…read morethe newest releases nearby. I was on vacation and wanted something simple and cheap during my stay in Anderson SC for lunch. And so, I ventured outside of the comforts of my Baymont hotel & suites, next to the Cracker Barrel, On a casual Friday around midday in October 2022. What made this visit to Subway stand out was, when I was choosing what to eat for lunch at the restaurant, had an epiphany. I had a mini fridge in my hotel room, so I basically ordered 2 footlongs instead of 1. Have one for lunch that day and store one for later on, assuming I remember. Spoiler alert: I remembered after returning to the room on Saturday evening after day 1 of my running event and had dinner waiting for me in the fridge. Gotta love that one. Brilliant! As the UK peeps would say. As such, the experience at this specific Subway location was basically typical And basic as what you'd expect to find here or any Subway location you may find In the United States. The two footlongs subs that I ordered are usually my go-to's: tuna and spicy Italian. Ended up buying a meal with one sandwich and added 3 extra cookies for later. When Saturday Evening rolled around, i didn't want to look for food and I'm glad that I had the foresight to get extra here before having to scrabble around to find something in the area, especially when I was tired and after 9pm. The overall experience here at this Subway located in Anderson, SC was aforementioned typical but still good. It was interesting to hear the staff talk about their personal problems while one of them Was making my order. I know, right? It Was weird too, especially when I silently Had to eye roll while the order was being made. It was like you had to be there for it to be true. I'm assuming this happens daily at any location at any given day. I was glad that I had to listen to that for at most 15 minutes before leaving the store with my order and filling my large cup with soda and ice. It is what it is. Still, the service was friendly and basic, and fast in terms of fast food fare. The restaurant itself was quite clean and good. There wasn't anyone there dining in while I was there. Kind of felt displaced and disappointed because there wasn't anyone in the area that was dining in at this Subway location while I was there. Usually my favorite cookie would be the macadamia nut cookies they offer. Makes Me think of home sometimes. My favorite sub would have to be the tuna with lite ranch on it. I was glad to have saved that one in the fridge for Saturday night dinner. Truth be told that Subway was a good, healthy and decadent choice for my stay here in Anderson. It's cheap enough for anyone's budget, to be honest. This Subway location is located at 108 interstate blvd in Anderson, South Carolina. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. As far as parking goes, they do have a small parking lot with limited spaces for anyone and everyone who wishes to come here for their favorite sandwich or wrap. Best bet would be to come here early Enough to beat the lunch rush. Although with it being rural South Carolina, I wasn't sure when the lunch rush truly started or ended. Since Anderson SC does not have an up and running public transportation system that can be used, best best would Be to either have access to a private or rental car. Or be open to Uber / Lyft to get here. There's a cluster of hotels in the area and this Subway location is always happy to have you, if you are staying in the area. I try to eat Subway as often as I can. While it may not be the healthiest, you do get Your vegetable servings in for the day and that's a win for me. Subway is known to try to offer that healthy aspect. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 3.0 stars for the service and the ambiance. 4.0 stars for the prices. Support local! B
