It's 70$ for 5 minute session. Do note this is actual laser, not IPL. So results are much better and in 5 minutes you can cover entire face and underarms. I recently has microdermabrasion treatment as well. Til now, I'm happy with it. Let's see if future treatments show me any long term results. Staff is lovely at this branch. (I personally found Richmond staff to be quite rude on phone). I also like the fact that they never try to push any treatment. I hate it when salons/clinics do that. I was treated to a gel polish manicure on my visit and it was simply exquisite - a far cry from my usual manicures that I get from a certain chain store up the road. The whole process was slow but not tedious and incredibly relaxing. I chose my call - a bubbly pink called "fantasy". My manicurist said "Can I show you my favourite pink polish? I think you might prefer it." SHE WAS RIGHT. It was wah-aaaay better than what I chose. We had lovely chats about family and travel while I sipped my champagne and treated my nails. After several emails I am yet to receive an apology or any reimbursement. Could not have had a more horrible experience with a 'reputable' franchise.
