When I went back and explained what happened, hoping they'd help or offer some kind of discount on replacement tires, they basically shrugged and told me it was my fault for not getting an alignment. No help. No ownership. No offer to make it right. Just, "you should've gotten an alignment." I ended up rescheduling my appt. 3 times and they were always polite and accommodating. I didn't know if my snow tires were still good or if I'd have to purchase new ones. The manager told me they were still good, but the bands on 2 of my current tires were broken so in the Spring I'll need to purchase at least 2 tires.
