I went to this shop for a quick tire change and oil change after blowing one of my tires. I live in…read morethe area but work in Oswego so I needed a quick fix. They didn't have my tire in stock and had to order it. That was fine until it took over a week to come in. When it finally arrived and I went to purchase the tire I had to wait for 20 minutes while they frantically look for my tire that they somehow lost. After finding the tire they tried to charge me $215 for a single tire, I was quoted at $160 when I ordered the tire. I ended up getting them back down to the price I was quoted at but it just makes me wonder how many others they have overcharged like this. I am very disappointed and will not return.

I had an absolute terrible experience with them! I seen good reviews so I tried them out they let…read moreme leave with my calipers off of my rotors, which then put my life at risk and then I needed to get new rotors because it pretty much destroyed him! I have a video if you wanna listen to it! Asked them to fix my tires cause they kept going low. They "changed" the valve stands. And yeah, I'm still having the same problem and I told them that when I brought it back and still didn't fix the problem.. then charge me 1600 for brakes and rotors one wheel bearing one tie rod, a lightbulb and two valve stands.... I was out of work for multiple days. I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! They charged me for some of the dumbest things they will nickel and dime every cent they can get! I wish I could post pictures and videos! To show you!
