I was extremely grateful that not only did they fixed the problem, but were very knowledgeable and helpful in what could have been a very uncomfortable and unsafe trip back to Kentucky. I recommend them very highly. And their price was very reasonable.

Loyal Customer for Life! The Best Service and Integrity!…read more After Craig and his team at Johnston's Auto Body did a flawless job on our Range Rover, we didn't hesitate to bring our Hummer EV truck in for specialty work--and once again, they exceeded all expectations! The job list was specific: installing two heavy-duty recovery hooks, fixing a small chip in the front, and applying a full winter protection coating to prepare it for the NY cold. The work was done quickly, meticulously, and with the kind of expert precision you'd expect for a high-end vehicle. What truly solidifies Craig's reputation is his character. Because we were returning customers, Craig performed all of the requested work on the Hummer EV--the hook installation, the chip repair, the winter coating, and a comprehensive vehicle inspection--completely free of charge. He insisted on this incredible gesture of loyalty, simply saying, "We take care of our customers." That genuine care and staggering generosity, coupled with his impeccable high-quality work, is simply unmatched. Johnston's Auto Body is more than just a shop; it's a business built on trust and exceptional service. If you want the best work done by the best people in Utica, go see Craig. We are loyal customers for life!

Johnston's came to our rescue during the 'White Out" the day after Thanksgiving. Due to the poor…read morevisibility, I overshot a turn near our home. Our 4WD Audi slid off the side of the road, ending in DEEP snow all around the car, with the right side wheels in a ditch. I thought we were in real trouble. Steve and Devin from Johnston's showed up in less than 20 minutes after my wife called AAA. I could not be more impressed with the expertise they both demonstrated in freeing our car. From the very deep snow, they pulled the car, with my wife and dog still in it, backward onto a flat bed. They got to our house, then backed up the long curving driveway in very poor visibility and deposited the car just where I wanted it in front of the garage. On top their knowing exactly how to quickly resolve a difficult situation, they couldn't have been more pleasant. The gave us a Happy Ending, to what could have been really terrible. Highly recommend Johnstons.
