She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable right away. The studio is clean and professional. Before each appointment, you can set your stuff aside, grab a stress ball (love this detail), and they give you a wipe so you can freshen up. You also get plenty of time to get situated, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy -- lots of street parking, plus a nearby structure and lot if you'd rather go that route.
