I booked the hydrating facial with Kelli on a Saturday afternoon. Kelli was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. She talked me through the steps she was doing and the mask smelled wonderful. My skin looked great afterwards and I didn't have any breakouts. She even sent me a nice thank you card as a follow up in the mail. The only small downside was I felt the facial was a little short for the price tag. My gift certificate covered my service but coming back again I would like it to be a little longer. I was a little late after finishing paperwork but my facial was a little less than 40 minutes. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere--the interior is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The lighting alone is worth paying for. It's soft, warm, and sets the mood perfectly. Honestly, I'd pay just to sit in that room and unwind. As for the massage therapists--incredible. Both of them were professional, attentive, and genuinely gifted at what they do. They checked in about pressure, focused exactly where we needed, and worked in perfect sync for the couples session. My partner and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed than we've felt in a long time. I've been grating eyebrow waxes at EWC for 2 years and those entire two years it's costed $21. When I came out of the room the lady seemed more interested in selling me the wax pass, products, and booking more appointments than she did charging me the correct amount dirt the right service. I was a little shocked when she said it would've $62, and I panicked and tapped my card anyway. I know I should've said something there which is my bad but I was honestly so shocked an eyebrow wax could cost $62. I assume she charged me for the wrong service but who knows. I started going for rosacea laser treatments as part of the Forever Young BBL treatments, which I do 3-4 times per year. Boy, what a difference it has made -- alongside the basics, of course: healthy diet, exercise, good sleep, skincare and SPF every day, rain or shine. But even with all of that, I still had residual sun damage, broken capillaries, brown spots, etc. Consistent Forever Young BBL treatments have helped immensely. Bear in mind that while laser treatments are powerful, they aren't a cure-all and you have to be patient. It can take months and several treatment to see a real difference. Debbie knows this, which is why she really takes her time with each treatment and offers reasonable pricing and packages, especially compared to what they offer and what other med spas charge for the same service. Also in terms of results with lasers, your practitioner really matters. You want someone who knows what they're doing, which Debbie absolutely does. Stick with it, you won't be disappointed! I booked an appointment specifically because I was told by Ken he uses a Nordlys IPL, a top FDA-approved device. He later admitted his machine is not a Nordlys at all--just parts with the same voltage. This is misleading, dishonest, and raises serious safety concerns. The treatment space was unsanitary, with dirty towels and questionable cleanliness, which Ken dismissed by saying he's a "one-man operation." He promised a refund in writing, even texted me to "feel free to dispute the charge" for faster processing--but never issued it. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. On top of that, he tried pressuring me into signing an NDA to silence me. Between the fake equipment, false promises, unsanitary environment, and shady business practices, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to go elsewhere. Your safety, money, and peace of mind are not worth it.
