When I do my research before getting any treatment I find her technology is highly rated studios in NYC, Scottsdale and California. In addition to the technology available, she also ensures the highest quality product which support wellness in aging are available. Not stuff you can get a Sephora or Holts. I have been seeing Coral for many years, most recently I experience the Laser Genesis Pro procedure, I cannot believe how effective the treatment with very little down time. This is a newer treatment Coral is incorporated in her business and as always the treatment was delivered with kindness, focus on resolving my personal goals and actually going over and above my goals. Being in business strategy I am fully aware how easy it is to continue to make money of old technology as most often the consumer is not up to date on technology. I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.

I was shocked when I was billed over $200 at the time of piercing and immediately contested the charge. The experience was time-consuming, as Keith frequently bounced between customers and those counter surfing. Even with my appointment, I was there for an hour after arriving ten minutes early. The final outcome was completely misaligned and lopsided piercings, resulting in extra, unnecessary holes in my ears that are permanent. I have photos to support this, and anyone who sees my ears, including George the piercer at Strange World (who I can't recommend enough), can attest the appalling result. I am beyond upset!

Dermatologist wanted me to pay $75 just for a consult and investigated it would have cost me 2K minimum. They used a certain machine using a certain frequency that treated the sunspots such that it sort of burned them off but not laser. I had no scarring. I did 2 sessions on a weekend so that I could recover somewhat by Monday. It has now been 4 months and the spots are barely noticeable. Overall treatment cost about $800. I'm very happy with the result. They were very professional and caring. I recommend them.

Not only was it on wrong side of nose the procedure was overkill and I now have an unnecessary scar! My family doctor realizing a grave error was made referred me another dermatologist who reviewed the report and he then removed the proper lesion with minimal damage! I had gone to Dr Alanen for many years and was mostly pleased with his service however this was too serious to overlook. He offered up a flimsy explanation, but I will never trust him again or go back to Derm.ca, Please do your homework before going to this clinic and seeing Dr Alanen.
