I was initially a groupon customer! After I had used my Groupon, dermapure sold, & charged me for an ultherapy session for face/neck. Denounced to me, I was given a very painful HiFi face contouring treatment. Where the operator follows a graphic with numbered sections instead of actual using radio frequency to laser the correct tissue of the face/neck. I find this to be extremely troubling, this Florida aesthetic facility, knowingly sold me a facial procedure that they don't do nor that I wanted it! All signed releases from dermapure states that I had the ultherapy, yet they don't have the equipment to do this procedure! Yes, you get one on one attention, because no one else can fit inside the booth! Yes, the one person there is extremely nice! (Licensed to practice? Nothing was posted from the health department. Yes, I felt at ease and very comfortable. While the several nest video cameras recorded my entire hifi procedure that I had received without my consent nor authorization!
