I wanted ombre black to pastel/light pink. However, it was really important to do it the way I was envisioning. I didn't want choppy chunks or it to be too obvious that I got extensions. I didn't necessarily want to add length either. Furthermore, I get my hair straight-permed (hence why I can't dye it), so it was also important for me to have a technique that wouldn't damage my hair. I had spoken to a few places prior to coming here. One place kept trying to get me to do get longer, solid-colored extensions that I kept explaining I didn't want. Another place wanted to do k-tips, even though I wasn't sure how that might affect my hair. Crystal T. sat with me and listened to every concern I had. She started ticking off which methods wouldn't work until she got to the best option for me. She literally listened to Every. Single. Concern. Before I came to her, I was going to give up on doing this because I felt like none of the stylists were hearing me. When it came to buying the hair, she called the location during our consultation and, on speaker phone, spoke to the salesperson for me, which was helpful because I would not have known what to ask. She took the majority of the stress and legwork out of buying the hair. And then the color match! I came by to speak with her once and then came back a few days later and left her with the platinum blonde wefts. To say she color-matched my natural dark brown/black hair perfectly is an understatement. You literally cannot tell that the extensions are not my hair because the color is so exact. And the ombre pink! It looked different from what I wanted initially, but when it was installed it was EXACTLY the color I was looking for (that takes a special eye). I can confidently say that Crystal is magic with color and I'll keep coming back to her for my extensions!

This little gem is located inside a hair salon, but is completely independent. The room is clean and neat, the lights are dimmed and soft music is playing in the background drowning the noise of the outside world. Marina begins the facial with a short consultation, inquiring politely about YOUR skin needs, YOUR preferences, YOUR allergies, etc--it's all about YOU, the customer. She explains what will be done and what to expect and the service begins. She is not chatty (unless you prefer that), she is not pushy and she will not sell you any products, unless of course you ask for it. She might make a recommendation based on your skin, but her main bread and butter is the amazing and professional service she provides. It's the best European facial by far--extractions included (and so is the light shoulder, arm and hand massage, while you relax under a mask). And it's not just your face that gets pampered...as she massages your hands with a homemade concoction of oils and lotions, she slips hand warmers on for 10-15 minutes and your hands feel like butter! The prices are rockbottom and this is the ONLY place where the customer gets way more than she/he paid for!!!
