This is not the place to go if you're looking for a relaxing, spa-like experience. It is a very clinical setting, not the cozy environment or experience I was wishing for. My initial greeting was a very rudely said, "oh you're early, I guess I don't get lunch"... which almost made me turn around and walk out the door, especially since I walked in with nothing but smiles and in absolutely no rush at all. Still, I decided to let it go and give it a shot, but I left feeling like the facial lacked in what I was needing most. For a 75 minute facial, there was only a small amount of massage. My hands and lower arms were not even touched. I was expecting a calming massage while two masks were applied but what I got instead was nonstop chatter with no massage included at that point. She talked endlessly and all I wanted was rest and rejuvenation. What I think she did nicely was that the product used was effective and my brow wax was on point. I left with glowing, hydrated skin which I suppose is the ultimate goal... I just wish for the price I paid it would have included steam, aromatherapy, much more massage, and peace and quiet. A professional greeting/demeanor would have been nice as well. Still, I wish Kat the best and hope her business thrives. I, however, will not be returning. read more

She worked at a spa in Bend for 9 years and recently opened her own business. Her knowledge of skin is extensive, she uses the best skin care products, Skin Ceuticals.
