When you are taken back for the "facial," the lights are brightly lit in the room and never dimmed, you remain in your normal clothes and lay on top of a table...it isn't heated...there are no blankets, it's not the typical environment you would expect. It's cold and uninviting. Duran is nice and full of compliments but I felt it was all part of the schtick. The whole time they are trying to make a pitch to sell their medical grade red light therapy wand and their overly priced products. It lasts about 40 minutes, but I couldn't wait to get out of there so I was happy it was cut short. Once the "facial" is done, you sit with their sales ppl and that's where they try to close you on a 6500.00 purchase showing you several before/after photos of clients. I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. I can only imagine these individuals have never had a real facial and don't have a proper comparison. There was nothing relaxing about it.
