First, the space is beautiful, it's comfortable and not the "hip sterile environment" that a lot of spas go for (don't get me wrong, it's incredibly clean!). Both ladies were very kind and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Jill was very attentive and her bubbly personality is sincere and is so refreshing. I had a deluxe facial and loved every minute! This is by far the best facial I've had! I was so relaxed I could hardly believe it. I've moved around a great deal and have always utilized this type of service. Thus, I've had plenty of experience (sugar, hard, cloth strips, tweezing...all that fun stuff). It seems that most of those "waxing" in Bend, use hard wax versus wax with cloth strips. The end result (in my experience) has been it takes longer (one must wait for the wax to harden), it leaves more wax residue (ugh...), it doesn't pull out the hair as well (I was told it works better for those "hard to get" areas...meh!), and really isn't any more comfortable (I've been told it's not supposed to hurt as much...there's just no getting past that part). Luckily, Jill uses cloth strips (what I'm used to, and has always seemed to work the best) and I must say....there was not one bit of waxy residue and there wasn't a single stray hair to be found. I was in and out in a jiffy and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend Jill highly enough! If a Brazilian is what you're looking for...well....this is the place!

I was kind of kidnapped and found myself outside getting a great treatment in this awesome location. I have had many treatments over the years but none more relaxing. Location: Located on Newport Avenue across from Newport Market, good parking on street or just be creative parking somewhere, in a respectful Bend kind of way. If you have not been inconvenienced with the nightmare construction on Newport Avenue over the last couple of years, well it is almost completed so all of these companies need your YELP HELP and support. Newport is set to reopen on July 1, 2022. Buildout: Nice older, okay old Bend home converted into a relaxing spa environment. Nothing over the top but very eclectic, clean, and fun. Service area: While the rooms inside looked great, I was outside and I think for me the right zen place. I would highly recommend my service as it was less of the hardcore painful extractions or acid washes and was more geared toward treating the skin from the dryness, and a great upper body massage. Menu: Most of the normal spa items but I was just in for a relaxing outdoor facial. They have a great menu of services on their website. Service: Awesome, 60 minute facial but it was so relaxing I may have fallen asleep so it could have been 30 or 90, I am not sure : ) Esthetician / Owner Donna was great and was face whisperer for sure. Value: Yes, it is not cheap but well worth it and we shall return but maybe outdoor treatments in February may be out. If you think I am some dude and what the hell do I know about spas, well I have been to hundreds of spas around the world, some focused on athletics while others just royal spoils. You can find fancier buildings with all the upsell BS, but you won't find a better experience no matter what type of treatment you're looking for.
