I waited a little over a year to write this review since my surgery occurred last year in Nov…read more 2024. I'm still very much upset that the results I received weren't immediate or noticeable right after my surgery as promised. Especially considering that Renuvion was supposed to be used but wasn't. Now typically for lipo, you won't see results till around 6mo to a year post op, but that wasn't supposed to be the case for awake lipo w/renuvion since apparently those results I was told would be immediate. I've gotten lipo in the past, so I know how and when I should expect to look pretty snatched, and no longer swollen/etc. However, I figured I'd go the extra mile getting awake lipo this time around and instead of going to Mexico for lipo, I'd come here to Scottsdale for my surgery even if it was double the price for what I would've paid elsewhere. Nonetheless, I feel disappointed to this day since my results, are still not noticeable. And assuming I would've had much better results with renuvion with my skin elasticity, but not the case here especially since while going through the surgery the doc even mentioned he couldn't really use renuvion on me, but if that was the case, why not refund that part of my surgery cost? As back then I would've just paid a little over $5K for the Lipo360 but because I was insistent on getting renuvion to tighten my skin I paid an extra $3K for nothing since renuvion wasn't even used on me during the procedure. I even provided feedback, but was told I had good results and that I should send pics of my body again instead of actually helping improve the situation. All in all, my advice is if you don't perform a particular procedure because you couldn't, at least do the patient/customer a solid and refund the portion paid for that service that was performed. And also, don't try to gaslight the patient into saying they should be happy with their results when clearly the patient isn't and wasn't happy based on their feedback. Thank you.
