I honestly did not expect the whole scar to disappear but her beautiful, intricate and detailed work took it all away! And I still cannot believe that my scar, which runs across the length of that breast, is completely hidden, even under the very delicate, soft cherry blossom design!! Poor customer service. The tattoo that I got was good and what I had asked for, but looking back on it, I could have had a much better experience. I was indecisive, about what I wanted, and when I put out ideas, they weren't good and got shot down rightfully so by the tattoo artist. The hard part about that is the daily rate was mid 2000's. I was paying roughly 300 an hour to have someone tell me my ideas were bad. After I decide on something generic, so that at least something gets tattooed, I have to watch the artist set the chair up and so on and so forth. If I am paying that amount of money, why isn't the chair set up? The artist understood that I was paying a ton of money and it was hard to not have any great ideas, because I couldn't spend anytime with the artist before paying them 300$ an hour to think about what would be cool. I think that there should be a couple one hour consultation sessions, so that come time to tattoo you don't spend a half day not getting tattooed. I had a budget of 10k. After 2 sessions covering less than half of my lower arm, I am down to 5,400 and will not be able to get a sleeve done for 10k. I might be able to get my lower arm done for roughly that. Poor customer service in allowing me to think that four eight hour sessions would be able to get me a full sleeve. Poor customer service to not have all of these things be explicitly clear. I had a budget, ideas, and tried to go to the best possible place for the best tattoos, and what I got was an amazing artist but poor execution. Considering removal, which would put me at 7k, because I am not going back after the two pretty poor sessions. Once again I have ideas, but I don't want to have to talk to the artist paying them 300$ while I tell them my mediocre thoughts. I am not an artist. Overall the parts that I do not like, are the poor structure, the price, and feeling like what I am paying isn't a ton of money. They also charge for a can of soda, when you are getting a tattoo. I have had much better experiences and better tattoos that are objectively worse because the shop was cooler and they took their time. A shop where you can go in and talk to them about what would be cool then come back a week later and really decide on what you want and have better budget conversations. This is a big bummer for me because I tried to get a real sleeve nice and planned out, and it all fell apart. Longer story, but something shady happened at the end of the second day. Like purposefully pushing it just over the 6 hour day limit so that the artist could be done. The whole thing felt unprofessional. I don't think it was the artists fault, it feels like a management problem. The artist shouldn't have been able to barely push it over the 6 hour time limit. At the end of the day I have a big tattoo on my lower forearm that I do not know what to do with. It's good but I don't love it. Also, just because you pay for the best doesn't mean you are going to get the best. read more

Where do I even begin to share how much I love Lynn?! Her work with color is mind-blowing and my tattoo transformed into something I couldn't even imagine on my own. In addition, she was pretty gentle with her touch, especially considering this was a large piece on my foot! She also added some color to a butterfly tattoo I've had for about 4 years already. She made the colors match, but of course were different with the two pieces, so now they look great on me and together! Like it was all planned! I know I'll need touch-ups in the future. I confirmed an appointment via telephone, text and email for 3pm. Showed up at 3pm on the dot waited around for 10 minutes then was told the artist was running at the least one hour behind. They were aware this was my last day on a trip but didn't consider the fact that my schedule was jam packed. They didn't reach out in advance to tell me they were running behind via text, phone or email (even though we had been corresponding on all of the above over the last 24 hrs). At this point I requested a refund for the deposit since I didn't have another 1hr + scheduled in my day to wait around although if they had told me in advance I could have potentially moved things around. At this point they went on to tell me my deposit was non refundable. I assume deposits are to ensure customers show up, imagine how backwards this is now that the artist can be late but the shop won't refund?! This is just terrible customer service, I can only hope someone from business will recognize this and amend the process moving forward and give Jordan at the front desk a lesson in customer service. During these difficult times I feel bad leaving bad reviews but without receiving the service we had agreed upon and the business not making any effort to amend the situation I have no choice but to leave one star. read more

I first came in March 2021 to make appointments and I think a week later got my wedding date in my husbands handwriting and my husband got our date in mine along with a Celtic "B" by Curtis @noiztattoos.sdt. He did a great job and was super cool. My husbands B blended perfectly in with the rest of his sleeve. Fast forward four months to my two full day session with the fantastic Lynn Hoang, she took my faded and unfinished Phoenix and made it a work of art. Lynn Hoang is a very detailed artist, she tattooed a military challenge coin on my shoulder, this is something I wanted for many years but couldn't find the right artist, after seeing some of her other work I decided to work with Lynn. Not only did she take her time to understand what I wanted she expressed that she wanted to do an outstanding job because of what it meant to me.
