I recently had a Korean lash lift and brow tint. I was a bit nervous because I my eyebrows are…read morebasically unnoticeable and I don't wear mascara - so I thought it all might take some getting used to. I have come to the conclusion that IT'S A GREAT IDEA to turn yourself over to Beautique for beautification! My expert and very patient treatment provider was Lilliana and I will be going back to her for sure! I appreciate the suggestions she made and I'm super glad I listened to some of them. The lash lounge was so pretty - just the kind of space I love to relax in. I'm sure everyone leaves there smiling... I know I did! I kind of love having noticeable eyebrows and lashes and they are just right. Thank you Beautique! See you soon.

I made an appointment here to get my hair cut after having a bad experience with another stylist…read more I was hoping to get all my hair evened out to the shortest layer. On the day of my appointment I got a call saying they wanted to move my appointment from 4 to 5 because my stylist was running behind. I couldn't do that so they kept my appointment at 4. I was actually expecting that they would try to reschedule but I guess there was no need. From the moment I got in I could tell the stylist was in a hurry. She sat me down and looked at my hair then told me it could just be blended to fix the bad layers and that she could dry cut it. The whole time, she and another stylist were talking about how my stylist needed to leave to go on a trip. She cut my hair then said "It looks great! Do you think we need to wash and dry it?" Mind you, this had been less than 10 minutes for an hour-long appointment. She hurried to wash and dry my hair, she put conditioner in my hair then immediately washed it out. She didn't even dry my hair all way then realized she had to fix the layers more. Meanwhile she is rushing and talking to the other stylist about her trip she's about to leave for. When she was done she said it looked good and asked me about it while taking off the robe. She didn't even offer to have me look at the back of my hair, the part I wanted fixed, before she started packing up her things. I felt so rushed I didn't even ask to see it because they made me feel like such an inconvenience. All and all, it felt very unprofessional from both stylists and I still need my hair fixed because she finished in 35 minutes.

I came here to announce that I have officially cut off the last of that god forsaken bleach job!…read moreTook forever but I'm finally back to my natural healthy curls and color. I also didn't want to originally even dignify the response from the business owner because it was extremely defensive and actively not true but I might as well along side my happy update: Hi Ashley, What you said is not true. I very clearly stated that I wanted my roots done, which was clearly need at the time as I had let my roots grow out to about three inches. My roots were bad and i was coming to you guys with a very simple task. The first thing I was told when I sat in the chair (and was previously told when I had gotten a haircut there prior) is that I have "a lot of hair". The implication that my amount of hair is a burden to the stylist and therefore means she will not have enough time to do what I asked is ridiculous. If you can't deal with curly hair, then say that. What you do is have the respect to me and for yourself, to say im sorry i can't do your hair. "She tried to accommodate you best as her schedule would allow without turning you away" that sounds like a problem with her schedule also you could have JUST TURNED ME AWAY. I would fully understand if someone said that for whatever reason they couldn't do my hair, I would prefer that to what happened. "Your ends had a previous color on them" yes and I made that clear in booking and in the appointment that I have previous color. "You were charged for each of your services because the 1st service was a partial foil and the next was to complete the rest of your hair to make it a full foil" I asked to get my roots done, i did not have that happen for some reason, yes roots is a partial foil. But what she did was put them on the front of my hair for some reason and on half of my roots. The 2nd service was a redo to fix the mistake YOU GUYS MADE, the only was to fix the mistake was to make the rest of my head match. I was charged for an appointment to fix the mistake you guys made. I am most upset about them money wasted (god i can't believe I tipped both times, but I was a freaked out teen who was just trying to be nice) and your attitude. The work was incompetent, and instead of saying, we're sorry for the bad job done by a stylist who (if im not mistaken was still in cosmetology school) or for miscommunication during the appointment (though I know I was very clear on the task of lightening my roots to match the rest of my hair). Instead I was gaslighted down into thinking it wasn't a big deal (that you ruined my curly hair that was down to my back) and that it was my fault? I had been getting my hair bleached for about two years at that point, i knew what i was asking for. I would still lovingly accept a refund and proof of certification for that stylist.
