The tools she used were very abbrasive and painful but I thought maybe thats what needed to happen for an extraction. I came home that night to find these cuts on my face and worse yet the blackhead I wanted out was still there she never even extracted it. I called to complain and they said she would have Linda get back to me but its been 3 days and no word. I spent $120 + a nice tip for this and the service left me with potential scars as my face is prone to dark spots. On top of that customer service and client support is not there.
