Perfect! My mom was all for it. BUT I first tried to get the drip people out but that didn't work out, which was very disappointing. But IV lift was so awesome and accommodating and scheduled us in that day just as quick as they could make it. They asked on the phone if it was just for one person and I said yes. But when I hung up I thought, why doesn't my dad get it too- he could use it too! I text and asked if that was OK, and they were very accommodating there too, I didn't know who to expect, and remember, they are coming into my home and going to poke my parents with needles, so that's kind of important. I was happy to see two clean cut professionals in spotless uniforms coming in with modern, clean equipment. The two nurse/technicians were cheerful, helpful and very skilled. They got my parents' veins quickly, which is awesome since my poor mom has seen many a poor poke before. The IVs were very reasonably priced, the trip fee ($200) was kinda hard but hey, two professionals coming to you in your living room... it is totally reasonable when you think of it that way. Plus, since they were coming anyway, the second "patient" didn't get charged that fee. We are very pleased with the RESULTS of the IV hydration as well. My mom bounced right up and started puttering around, her massive headache left and she had energy she hadn't had. And it seemed to give my dad an immunity boost as well! Very happy with IV lift!

I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. I reached out to the Hydration Room who got me in that same afternoon, I was evaluated by an RN who reviewed my medications and history, discussed what I was hoping to achieve today, really listened to understand what was going on, and made a recommendation that we went with. The nurse was meticulous putting-in and removing the IV, pinch going in wasn't any worse than a blood draw, infusion itself was painless (and not cold? I'm always cold when hooked up to an IV). A couple hours after leaving I felt noticeably better, woke up the next morning feeling like my old self, followed by a great workout. The facility was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I'm so grateful something like Hydration Room exists, that I didn't have to seek other medical treatment just for fluids. I don't recommend you allow yourself to get as dehydrated as I was, but if you are Hydration Room should be your first call.

IV Bar was the only place in San Diego I could find that is open on a Sunday. I made an appointment very easily. The facility is very clean and Ashley explained everything to me and even topped off my IV with a glutathione​ shot. The B-12 shot was painless. When I've had them in past they sting and are very painful. I did end up getting more sick later in the day and the next day but the cold ran through my system in 2 days and I had NO lingering symptoms.
