Wayne was awesome, does quality work in a timely manner. Will never do to a commercial spot ever again, he's the go to.

My canting adjustment main hinge broke on my ski boot, for just $20 per boot they were able to…read morereplace them. These ski boots were not new, so having a part that would work was a miracle in itself. The night before I called 8 different shops and Sports Den was 1 of 2 that said they may be able to help me. During the phone call, they asked questions to make sure they knew what I needed. Their line of questioning made it obvious to me that these guys were pros and knew their stuff, so I chose them. During my time in the shop, they were super helpful and even made two repair types to make sure they were making the best repair possible. There was no half-ass'n the fix, they took pride in doing it the best way possible. Plus during my wait I noticed other customer service representatives helping other customers, you could tell they all took pride in their work and were honest and helpful. Everyone explained things to the customer to make sure they made the most informed choice possible. I don't live in Utah and was just a skier in need, normally I wouldn't write a review but this shop impressed me. Solid job, thanks for getting me back on the slops without wasting money on new boots.

Sports Den proved that all wrong. They set me up with a fully supportive boot that I can wear all day (without loosening) with 0 pain. The first day was getting measesured on all the gizmos they have to get a rough estimate.. I skied a day.. and had pain in a few spots.. they listened and adjusted overnight to accomidate. I skied a second day.. had some pain in and ankle.. again, they listened , adjusted overnight. I skied a third day.. hallelujah!.. no pain and incredable ski control. The staff is well informed and solid proffesional.. first rate group

I'm not an avid skier, but I like to go a couple times per year, and I figured with the amount I…read morespend on renting skis, it might be worth trying to find a Black Friday deal on. I'd heard good things about Level Nine and decided to give it a try, and I'm SO glad I did. First of all, I found a screaming deal on a pair of used boots. But the better part was finding skis, not just because it was a good deal ($100 for a pair of lightly used skis from a top name brand), but because the customer service was top-notch. Rama (I believe that was his name) walked me through two options based on my skiing experience--he answered questions, pointed out that one pair was a little nicer, but more expensive, but ended up recommending the cheaper pair because he thought it would be a better fit for me. It would have been so easy for any employee to recommend the more expensive option, but Rama asked questions to understand what I really needed and gave advice based on that, not the price tag, and he deserves all the credit for that. Though it doesn't feel huge, there's a good selection of ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, and accessories here. I'd highly recommend this Level Nine shop and will return for future ski needs I might have!

The location is convenient and I'm always struck by how knowledgeable the staff is. They all are avid skiers/snowboarders with so much love for the sport. The selection is fabulous and the sidewalk sales fantastic! My son was thrilled this year to see the skis he's been drooling over, on sale! Level Nine is always my first stop for local ski gear!
