Not only were staff willing to swap out my Camelbak, but they took the time to show me that there was actually nothing wrong with my Camelbak, and even though I felt like a complete doofus for wasting their time, they were totally cool about it and gave me good advice about where to find bouldering nearby. Was night but I made sure to walk back this morning to see the store when it was open. Still gearing up for the season. Switching from skateboards to snowboards but this place was RAD. 10/10/16 Skateboard wise: Great gear selection. Few decks. Mostly trucks and wheels. I probably missed a good portion of the summer shop though. Sounded from the owner like they swap a ton of displays out entirely. Summer/Winter but still it was more impressive than most. Snowboard wise: Best store I've seen. Travel weekly for work and between moving to CO 2015 to now this is the most impressive store. Staff was friendly. They can do tune ups in house, some serious repairs too it seemed. Waxes. Detuning, all the basics. Googles, gloves, boots, bindings, jackets, pants, roller bags, board sleeves, stomp pads, and a wide selection of boards. All styles and sizes, more even than my recent trip to Christy Sports for a cheap 2016 four pack. And they are still swapping over and getting rid of last season things for new gear this season. Throw your money at this store! Next time I'm in town I'm buying a large gear bag. Looking forward to riding Purgatory and having all my boarding needs handled at the haus!

Huh, are you kidding me? Just ONE Yelp review on this awesome little shop?…read more I'll tell you this right now - this shop's service is outstanding and should not go unrewarded! If I had any complaint about this place I would say that it cost a bit more than I had planned on and parking is a bit of a nightmare, but the service is top notch. I had a flat on my mountain bike. I patched it three times and it still found a way to go flat so I took it here before hitting the trail. They offered to fix it right then and there but I told them to take an hour and I went for lunch. When I got back it was done. If that were everything I likely wouldn't have written this review. I needed a bike bag and their selection was pretty thin and quite expensive but went with one that THEY make themselves. They even took the time to install it and size it up and trim the excess at no charge. While they were doing that they mentioned that they though my ride would be improved if I flattened my seat, I agreed and the did that for free. They also mentioned that I might be happier if my handlebars were raised up a bit, I mentioned that it was uncomfortable bending over that much so they raised it for free. While at it they went through and checked and tightened every single screw they could find on the bike for free. This was almost like a full tune up at no charge. I expected to pay about $20 for a tire but throw in a spare tube, the kind of pricey bag, a couple cheap patch kits and a cheap spare pair of gloves and it was $120 - but that is on me, not them. They are outstanding and you can bet you bottom dollar that if I'm anywhere near Durango and need anything for my bike that Velorution is where I'll go, period. So why not 5 stars? The only reason is because parking is non existent. You can park in the hospital lot and risk getting towed or your can park in the tiny trail lot if you can find the space. When I returned for my bike I had to simply park in front of their driveway.

They showed how the red dot would be mounted and still allow use of iron sights. After the wait period, I went back and paid for the gun and sight. I had GFTW install the sight. Instead of mounting it properly, they mounted it on top of the cover plate. This blocked the iron sights. I complained that this was wrong. They just replied that I need extended sights. When I got home, I fixed the faulty installation. I also emailed them to complain of the poor service. The response from GFTW was that I am "NOT A CUSTOMER ANYMORE" and that "WE DID NOTHING WRONG".
