Midtown is such a cute performance space. They are located in studio park, right on top of of the…read more123 restaurant and movie theatre. They host open mic nights (usually free), comedians, and niche musical artists. I believe the venue only sits around 100 people, but the intimate space makes for fun shows where artists can interact with the audience. There is a full service bar in the back and they serve a few snacky-type foods (popcorn, pretzels). Ticket prices range, and I think it's based on who they book. So just be in tune to their website for info. If you park in the "STUDIO PARK(ING)" ramp, they will validate the parking ticket. My experience seeing shows here has always been positive. Midtown is also a part of the Listening Lawn performances in the summer! Overall a 5/5 rating.

One of the nice things about this venue is that there's not really a bad seat there, due to the small size of the room. It's pretty cozy, but I like the more intimate setup for shows. I will say that we could hear the concert happening outside on the lawn throughout the set, which was a bit distracting at times but not too bad. A server will take your order right from your seat - they have a small drink menu and a couple snack options. They only had one mocktail option available - a lemonade drink which was really sweet but tasty. I wish they had the other non-alcoholic drinks that One Twenty Three offers downstairs. Drinks are pretty pricey, and I'd skip the snacks and just head to One Twenty Three for dinner before or after the show. They close out your tab automatically at the end of the night and add a 20% gratuity. You can still ask to see your bill if you want to check the total, etc. I think this is useful so you don't have to flag down your server to close out your tab if it's busy. I still really like this venue, and will continue to seek out shows here.

I can't speak to comedy events or indoor events, but the Ska the Lot show in June 2026 was amazing!…read moreWhat a cool outdoor area! Got to see 7 great ska bands play! Sullvn, boy detective, catch 22, five iron frenzy, suicide machines, mustard plug, and Goldfinger. What a memorable day / night. Great idea with the food truck outside! And good beverage options. I had a PBR just like the old days. I live on the other side of the state and have never been to an outdoor venue this cool. Also all the workers were friendly and helpful with stamps on our wrist for ins and outs.

The main venue is large and cavernous with hard concrete floors and limited reserved seating. The "stache" is the front room with a small stage, which makes for an intimate show and we've seen some favorite bands there. Elevation is downstairs and I've only been in there once but is also pretty nice for a smaller show. The bar lines tend to move quickly, and I like that there's a bar in the lobby that's usually less busy. They don't serve any food, which is a bit of a bummer but there are a few places around where you can get dinner before a show. No designated parking lot for the Intersection but there's plenty of street parking nearby. Overall I prefer 20 Monroe to the Intersection these days mostly for their snacks :) But if a band I like comes to the Intersection, it's an easy yes for me since it's close to home and a decent spot for a concert.

The atmosphere was cool, and our server was super chill and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. We only wish we had more time to stay because the rest of the menu looked just as good, and we'd love to come back to try more dishes. Service was a little on the slower side, but we were seated near the front on a Sunday night, so it's possible the restaurant was busier than it seemed. Either way, the food was well worth the wait. If you're looking for a place with great vibes and delicious food, this one is definitely worth checking out. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Everyone was friendly, service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed, and the vibes were fantastic! We opted for nachos to start. Honestly, would've ordered a second batch instead of a burger if I had the chance, but we had already put in for burgers. Now, the burgers were also amazing, so you really can't go wrong. The chronic fries are DELICIOUS, with a perfect hint of heat to make them more unique. Prices were pretty good for serving size. We can't wait to make our way back (& hopefully that's soon!)

There are parking garages nearby- I walked. There are metal detectors as you enter. Security watches you go through and bam -you're at the bar! I got a local beer ($12) and headed for the stairs. Apparently there is an elevator for those who cannot or do not want to take the stairs. People were filing in. I heard the bell to take your seat so I hustled all the way to the top. I had a seat in the very last row- row L. L for Last lol. Seat 24 so kinda in the middle. I would say I could see the stage without anyone blocking my view. It's steep up there. There were ushers on each level, assisting people to their seats. Those nosebleed seats did not have beer holders. Oh well. The sound was good- I heard everything. The seat was comfortable. After the show i used the restroom- plenty of stalls- no line, clean, easy signage to tell you where it is. Exiting was easy. So I'd say this is an easy in and out experience. I was comfortable. I could see and hear everything. No big TVs so you really need good vision. They don't take your phone away. Not a bad Friday night.
