I had a shoe that I wanted to exchange (color and size) and she said I couldn't although I said that was DSW policy online. She said I was asking for a price match when they were the same price. She said she would not do it unless I could find it online. I told her I found it from Google AI (even though it pulled it direct from the website) and she said "well... that's why." with the most awful attitude. Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." This was a TERRIBLE experience that I never really had with a worker before. Don't recommend coming here.

A.J. was assisting and found in Deer Park items that while different seemed to be ok. Thing is Sketcher had made a medium , wide and extra wide width. And for some reason the wide width doesn't exhaust anymore. The extra wide was purchased but really is too big as the shoe is a light weight sneaker style and even though it has laces it can not be made tighter. So we are not really happy with it. The next issue is (look under Tips) is that we have a rewards sign up and there was a 5 dollar reward available. But there were a few things I had not done - gone to the site add it on the card and then bring the phone to scan it. I happened to forget my phone that one day. So, how do I get the 5 dollars? Bring the shoes and boxes back with the receipt (don't forget the phone) refund it all. Add the 5 dollar coupon re-ring it up and be on ones way. OH wait!! It was easier to go to Levittown with Rich the manager who oked it after I spoke with him via the phone, But- why the the amount different? The tax in Nassau is more than Suffolk county. So I pay something like 60 cents more. Was the whole thing worth the effort- I guess. Would I do it again? Naah.

Vine a buscar un vestido para mi hija y quedé impresionada con la selección. ¡Definitivamente la tienda ha mejorado con los años! Me sentí muy contenta con la variedad de artículos y los precios. The first and last time I went to a KOHL's was in Portchester NY around 2018, really quick in and out, no time to blink, that is how fast I was in and out of there. There is a huge parking lot with regular parking, handicap parking, and maybe a couple spots for pick up. Walking inside this KOHL'S in Levittown I am blown away. Absolute exhilarated! Mouth drooped open, mesmerized, giddy...you get the message. I am so shocked at all the fine quality of product, I mean, house wear to personal gear. (that rhyme was for the poets). I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I realize you all may have been there but let give praises, I am excited.... LOL. This place reminds me of Bed, Bath, and Beyond combine with Kmart, JCPenney, and Cuisinart, merged as one unit. I can't wait to come back with extra time to shop because time did not permit today. My plus one came to pick something up and the representative was so helpful. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2. Meeting customer satisfaction- satisfied 3. Exceptional customer service- satisfied 4. Exceeding customer expectations- satisfied Inspire more, Yelp more!
